I had to run around between multiple locations. Many managers from different locations said this could be refunded. But the managers at this Wallingford branch had no empathy and were disregarding of the issue. This game of chasing my money was costing me expensive time that would have a better return when I focus on my business. So I had to stop with it. Just putting this here so others do not get played with in the same way. We were good customers for over 2 years and wanted to change banks.
