We have had several small home improvement loans here and all were handled very professional and quick. We also have a condo at Miami Beach, FL and the TD branches there are just as helpful and friendly. I rarely use the drive thru because I really enjoy going inside to socialize with the staff and have ALWAYS, ALWAYS left with a smile and feel like valued customers and friends. It's really nice to walk into a business and be greeted/called by your first name as soon as you walk in the front door. I'd highly recommend you give TD Bank a try especially the Woodbury location if you are looking for a financial institution to do business and build a relationship.

It feels like it takes them longer to help the drive thru customers than at the other location. This is one of those neighborhood or town places where they always remember you. Most of the time by name but not always. You can't expect perfection. I had some papers that had to be notarized before being mailed out and they took care of it so quickly. They even made me copies. Even at a different bank I use the charge me for copies if I need them. This one was kind enough not to this most recent time. The tellers here seem to really like their job and the place they work at because it shows in their demeanor. Some of the banks i go to, the tellers seem to not want to be there or it looks like they don't like their job. Even when some of them here have had a less than stellar day or something going on in their lives they leave it at the door. Most of us don't want to deal with that. We all have our own things going on in our lives. Although it is nice to ask what's going on and listen from time to time to help someone vent and let their frustrations out. We just don't want to hear that or see that in their attitudes when we're doing business and here I've never experienced that. They're very professional, kind and wholesome people. I wish more bank or credit union employees were more like the ones they have here. They're located right off of Main Street right next to the post office. A slightly tight parking lot during busy times but it works the rest of the time without any issues.

They delayed the process and communication was horrible. They delayed it to the point where they were only going to cover a small percentage of the thousands that were stolen. They stated it was policy to only cover fraud within 60 days!! This person was stealing for months and months. And now the bank wont cover the fraud? Isnt that what they are insured for? taking advantage of the elderly by a criminal and not to have the bank there when needed is a crime too!!!!!!!
