They will let ATM fraud occur on your account and never think its suspicious that two payments come out at the same time not even a minute apart. Meanwhile I can log into online banking from the same device every time, get locked out and that's suspicious to them...really, is the fraud even a little suspicious? Then make you wait for days to figure it out. Meanwhile you're on vacation missing hundreds of dollars and they won't just replace it and deal with the merchant at the same time. Chase will put your money back so as not to inconveince you. And they will get their money from the merchant or theiving ATM whomever took it fraudulently. I've had multiple unpleasant experiences with Darcy at Union Savings Bank. Every time I visit, she keeps me waiting for over 30 minutes and is consistently rude. Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service make banking here frustrating. I could tell it was personal to me too because I would watch her be nice to other people then purposely snarl at me and make my banking process living hell. It got to the point where I had to close my account and now I'm a customer of chase banking. After being so nervous to see her I would have to bring people with me and even my witnesses agreed this is no way to treat a person. She judged me by my looks unfortunately.
