First time visiting while I have known about Laurie's Shoes for a long time. Carla helped me and…read moreshe was amazing! She measured me and found the perfect shoes for my comfort issues. She is very experienced and made this shoe shopping so easy! I will ask for her the next time I go in. Unbelievable service, selection, and knowledge- so rare these days!

On June 5th I went to Laurie's shoes after a visit to my foot doctor regarding a foot issue. Ok great, I went right out, got the inserts as well as a new pair of Brooks shoes that the sales person recommended. I was very happy with the service and the sales persons knowledge of the products so I purchased both to the tune of approximately 310.00. After about 3 or 4 weeks of wearing them to work, I am a mail carrier, the little tabs on the toe of the shoes began to detach from the main body of the shoe and my feet started getting wet when it rained. Within 2 months the front of the shoe soles stared separating from the main shoe as seen in the picture. On Aug. 28th roughly 2-1/2 months later I went back to the store to ask for a replacement for these defective shoes. I was told point blank that I would have to purchase a new pair of shoes and that they would give me a 15% discount. I found this to be unacceptable and said so in a stern voice. I was then ganged up on by two employees at the same time. This was one of the worst examples of standing behind your product I have ever seen. Originally, I thought this establishment was extremely professional only to find out that their products are junk, and that they will not stand behind them. Therefore, I give Lori shoes the lowest grade that I can and will never give them my business again.

This was basically our first stop right out of the gate when we got off the plane bc I needed to…read moreget essentials for my baby that we knew we weren't going to pack bc we could buy them here. So, I was easily able to find some meals, bottled baby food, baby food squeeze packs, diapers and wipes as well as a few other bath-time things for her. What I didn't find was the safety seat we had to buy bc the rental car company gave us the wrong size (too big) for our daughter so we had to purchase one. Two of the cheaper options weren't on the shelves and I couldn't find an associate to check in the back for me. It's in a very busy shopping center with dozens of other stores around so it was buzzing around 2pm when we arrived there on a Friday. I love Target and the consistency across states is comforting for finding trusted brands. Overall, a positive expiernece here, as expected.

Having moved recently to St. Louis I was excited to see that my local Target had full pick-up…read moreservices as the location in Jackson, Tennessee did not. In fact, the cutoff time for ordering a pick up was 4 p.m., after that, no dice. But any excitement about now having a Target available for pick up a short distance for my new home has been irrevocably damaged by two pick up experiences in the short time I've been here. The first was from two weeks ago when there was a slight drizzle, no lightning, just rain, and they suspended delivery to your car so that you had to go inside. Once inside, I waited an extra 15 minutes in order to get my items which seemed a bit onerous. That said, I understand it's for safety, even though I'm expected to get out of my car and walk in. If there was an active lightning storm, I'd understand. But tonight takes the cake. I made an order slightly before 3 p.m., hoping that I would be able to pick my order up sometime after 5 p.m. and not miss too much of the Indiana Fever game I was hoping to watch this evening. Figuring since I only had 12 items all from grocery, that my order wouldn't take too long, I pulled into Target a little after 5 p.m. despite not receiving the code telling me my order was available for pick up. After sitting for an extended period of time, I decided to go grab something to eat and after 20 minutes of driving around, I stopped in at a Chipotle, waited in line, grabbed my order, and ate my entire burrito on my way back to Target, which took a minute with the Byzantine street set up. Now it's after 6:30 p.m. and I still haven't received the code to tell me my order is ready for pick up. I saw Brianna from the service desk deliver an order to the car in the spot one over from me and engaged her in conversation about why this whole experience was taking so long. Keep in mind I've not had a single update at this point and we're now getting close to 7 p.m. When she talked about how busy they were and how they pulled her from the service desk to help out because only three people were in the back, I asked her who I should be mad at? Should I be upset with store management who know they're busy and yet didn't have enough employees available on the clock? Should I be mad at the Target app for not communicating with me? Brianna was great, and very helpful, I'm not upset with her. In fact, she went back to ask if there was anything she could do to speed my order up. But Management here is low-key garbage for making me wait four hours for a 12 item order. Finally shortly after 7 p.m. I got a notification that my order is ready, get this, five items are not available. So after all that, it's taken four hours for a complete grocery order. No apology, nor compensation for my time. By the time I got home I missed over half the Fever game, there was 5:58 left in the third by the time I turned the TV on.
