I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. I'm considering keeping what I have and purchasing a 2nd car and I'll keep CarMax on my list of places to shop (If they have what I'm looking for).

We had been looking to get a car that Consumer Reports put in its top rankings, which limited our model options to the Subaru Outback and two other cars in its class. While they were all three good cars we test drove fundamentally, what sealed the deal was Outback's ability to hold its value a long time, plus that we felt most confident in the Prestige Group, the Subaru Brand in general, and their low/no interest financing options available. Took my Forester in for a recall on the rear coils, 4 days later my hydraulic fluid on my passenger…read moreside is completely empty and on my driveway. When I call in and report it to the service department, they state " that's a common issue after replacing the coil". Won't cover the cost to repair the broken seal of the strut which was likely stripped when putting the strut back together. The service rep says "bring it in and we'll get you a quote". what was a fully cover recall repair, turns into $300+ repair. Reaching out to Corporate to see if they can do better than their service shop. Complete disappointed with the way Prestige Subaru of Turnersville handled this, especially since it was caught 4 days after their repair was made.
