The contract read that we would get "digital negatives" of our wedding and that the shots going into the album would be picked by them and edited. We got our raw images (straight from the camera) in a beautiful package a few weeks after the wedding. I eagerly awaited my album. A year later I reached out and I was told that I had to pick the photos. I sent her over the ones we chose and no news. Months later I email for an update and I was told the software crashed and they were a bit delayed. I've kept emailing her for updates and I have never heard back. My husband also tried reaching out on instagram. So I'm left with unedited shots of my wedding, three years later, and no album. I sacrificed a videographer to pay for their services and totally regret it. I have unedited shots of my wedding to look at because I hired picture takers, not photographers.

So by the time I asked him about my ideas he told me my time was up and to continue shooting it would be an additional $150 dollars !!! He gave me my disc and pictures and didn't even let me see the work there. So by the time I got home to view the pictures I was DEFINETLY FURIOUS ...after all I been thru with this photographer and I ended up with bull**** quality pics . Even my iPhone 4S take better pics then what he gave me . Whatever you see on the website IS NOT WHAT U GET ...I'm warning you , and when you try to tell him about it--he makes these stupid non sense excuses . My experiences was horrible . In meeting with Patrick and Jesse they were able to guide us and make suggestions that would help us in our decision. When we first looked around and met with different videographers we can tell why people may have been unhappy with them, but when we met with Patrick and Jesse it was the opposite. We had set expectations with them both and they insured us that we would not be disappointed.
