Stephane and his team were just absolutely lovely. He made sure to get the shots we asked for, but also let us have fun on the big day! I've seen too many couples throughout the years who get dragged out of fun dancing for photos and he was so mindful to let us have our fun and pull us away only for a second when we weren't actively doing something! Hiring him was the best decision my husband and I made! I would do everything over in a heartbeat. My mother passed away two months before the wedding and he texted me a sweet message expressing his condolences when he found out and was incredibly respectful when I asked if he could take pictures of us visiting my mother's grave after the ceremony. Multiple family members praised how professional, thorough and kind they were throughout the day. He took the time to walk us through the day so we could feel more relaxed and gave suggestions while also really listening to us and our needs. It made the whole process so much easier and magical. I was pleasantly surprised that their cost was extremely reasonable and even below the other quotes that I was given for different events. My experience with the 302 Phorography was great from the very start. The owners was always very prompt at responding to our calls and emails. The whole photo planning process is very overwhelming and they were so calming, patient, and made us all feel at ease, which isn't an easy feat. My Grandmother was impressed with the photo shoot and complimented the photographers. This past weekend was my Wedding on the 18th. I called this company on August 19, 2021 and had made…read morea verbal agreement with them to do my photography and was told that a contract would be sent over. I also sent a deposit of $140.00 to secure the spot. The photographer keeps expressing that we do not have a signed contract but I did give you the money. Why would you assume we didn't have a contract? Well I never received that contract but assumed that since I sent the money which was half of the full charge that I had secured the Photographer. Flash forward to the wedding Day, the photographer which I paid half the verbal contract amount to never showed up. I had no photographer for my Wedding. Thank goodness for i-phones. Do not trust this photographer on her word or to follow through like I did. Assume nothing with them, only after threating to leave a bad review did she finally refund the money but not before I had to dispute it with my credit card company and after much grief of having the photographer act as thought I never sent her the deposit. She did offer to do a free photo session for me and my husband, but at this point, I have a very bad taste in my mouth for this photographer whom did not show up for my wedding. Why should I make them feel better about not showing up for what I sent you money to do? I did not expect anything for free and was going to pay the balance but I was disappointed in the end. The amount of stars should be negative or at least zero but in order to post I had to put at least one star.
