So I was looking for a very specific dress that several stores in the Bay Area said they stocked on their website, but did not have them in-store. WCB was the only store I found that was willing to order a 'loaner dress' from the manufacturer for a small fee so I could try it on. Additionally, Elizabeth was on top of communication and rescheduled my appointment as soon as they realized the dress got delayed in transit. I had a great experience during my appointment with Reagan. She was attentive and always made sure that the dresses I tried on were 1) within my budget and 2) could be ordered to arrive in time for alterations before my wedding date. She let our party deliberate dresses without giving input unless we asked her, which was refreshing compared to my experiences at other stores where I felt pressured by stylists who sold dresses as if they were cars. While I appreciated her dress suggestions based off the description of what I was looking for, I ultimately fell in love with the loaner dress they ordered for me (I was under no obligation to purchase it!) and because it was the perfect size already, I was able to take it home the same day too. Overall, I highly recommend Wine Country Bride. They are totally worth the drive up to Sonoma County.

(For anyone looking them up on Yelp -- please note that their location is now in Old Railroad Square. They have moved, and the app hasn't been updated yet. We visited them at their new location.) From the very beginning, it was clear that they are true experts in helping quinceañeras look and feel incredibly special on their big day. The entire process -- especially the fittings -- was so exciting and memorable. They really make it part of the celebration. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable they were about what works best, not just in style but in color and overall look. In fact, the dress my daughter ultimately chose was not one we had picked out ourselves. It was a recommendation from their team. They suggested she try on a dress in a color we hadn't even considered, and the moment she put it on, we knew it was the one. The color was absolutely perfect for her skin tone, and it fit her beautifully. We would never have selected it on our own, but their experience and eye for detail made all the difference. They also recommended adding a bow and complementary embellishments to the front of the dress, and that suggestion completely elevated the final look. Those added details made a huge difference and truly personalized the gown. We also purchased her crown there, which was the perfect finishing touch. My daughter absolutely loved her dress -- she felt confident, beautiful, and so special. While Princess Boutique may be pricier than some other places, it is 100% worth it for their expertise and guidance. If you're open to listening to their suggestions and trusting their recommendations, you will not be disappointed. We are so grateful for their help in making her quinceañera everything she dreamed it would be.

I ended up being charged more than the quoted amount and had to bring my dress back a few times because she missed some basic things. I don't think the person whos doing alterations there is still there so perhaps this review is quickly outdated, but I would say there's definitely not the kind of attention to detail I would have appreciated being at this price point and for this kind of thing where attention to detail for wedding dresses is so important. Every time I've been there, there's been some brides trying on beautiful gowns, so it seems like they have a good selection of dresses if that's what you're in the market for!

First of all, PLEASE make an appointment with them. They have a small staff, and are quite busy accommodating brides! I was incredibly lucky to be greeted by Seneca, who after listening to my sob story offered to squeeze me in for an afternoon appointment to try a couple sample dresses I'd seen listed on Stillwhite. She was such a sweetheart, and when I returned for my appointment, had the two dresses I'd requested pulled, as well as a few others of the similar style. Although I didn't have a group with me, Seneca was incredibly patient and supportive while I mulled over the dresses, and hyped me up to fall in love with my original vision. Some of the sample dresses being sold are quite affordable for the budget conscious bride which was a huge plus! Additionally, I've seen fantastic reviews about their in house alterations. Highly recommend whether you're lost in your wedding dress search, or if you want an exceptional experience picking exactly what you want!

To start on a positive note, I found the location and hours of operation worked well with my work schedule. The young woman/assistant who works in store was also pleasant to work with and helpful with coordinating time for me drop off the dress and have measurements done. My negative experience came from the seamstress who worked on my dress. When I first came in for my measurements I was a little thrown off by the cold attitude of the seamstress while taking my measurements. I brushed off my inital interaction with her as a possibility that she was having a bad day until I experienced this cold attitude from her again when picking up my dress. Both times I interacted with her she barely acknowledged my presence in the shop. Didn't say hello and didn't directly address me, just her assistant. When my dress was finally done a week later I went in for pick up and I tried on my altered dress. I noticed obvious and noticeable flaws in the stitching. I kindly asked to have the stitching fixed before I left. The seamstress again didn't acknowledge my presence or speak to me directly about the stitching just the young woman at the register. Eventually, she made the requested alterations on the spot and I took the dress home. I ended up finding more flaws in the stitching once I got home but these were minor and In my opinion not a reason to bring the dress back to the shop. To sum up my experience, for the price point of my service I would have appreciated more attention to detail and kinder customer service from the seamstress.

5 Stars -- Absolutely Incredible!…read more Choosing Leah at Bertoli Bridal was hands-down the BEST decision I made for my wedding day, and honestly, probably one of the best decisions I've ever made, period! From the very first meeting, Leah's warmth, creativity, and genuine love for what she does shone through. She immediately made me feel heard and understood, and she took every single dream and Pinterest board idea I had and turned it into something even more breathtaking than I ever imagined. Leah took care of EVERYTHING. She did all of our flowers and every bit of our decor, and let me tell you: it was magazine worthy. When I walked into our venue on my wedding day, I was literally speechless. Every table, every bouquet, every single little detail was so thoughtfully designed and arranged. It looked like something out of a bridal editorial spread: elegant, romantic, fresh, and completely us. What I appreciated most about Leah is that she truly goes above and beyond for her brides. She listened to every idea, big or small, and somehow made it all come together flawlessly. She has such an incredible eye for color, texture, and style, I trusted her completely, and she more than delivered. The flowers were lush, vibrant, and so beautifully arranged. The decor was cohesive and dreamy, and I still have guests telling me it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. And the best part? The price! I genuinely could not believe how reasonable and fair Leah's pricing was, especially given the level of service, care, and artistry she brought to our big day. I truly felt like I got so much more than I paid for, she made my budget go so far without sacrificing a single detail. If you're even thinking about booking Leah at Bertoli Bridal - do it. Run, don't walk! She will make your wedding day absolutely perfect and take so much stress off your shoulders. I felt so cared for, supported, and excited through the whole process because I knew I was in the best hands possible. Leah, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding everything I dreamed of and more. You are amazing at what you do and any bride who gets to work with you is truly lucky. You made my day beautiful, but you also made it easy, and I will never forget that. 10/10 recommend. I'd give her a million stars if I could!

They told us it was Leah Bertoli and they had nothing but great things to say about her. We contacted Leah shortly after and began planning our wedding with her. As we met with her, she gave us a vendor list, offered a ton of decor options, and guided us along in our wedding planning. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding a year. Leah was AMAZING in helping us reschedule and even contacted all of our vendors for us. When the wedding day finally came (3 years after booking with her!) we were so thankful that we had chosen Leah. She was pretty much singlehandedly responsible for making the day perfect. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, the table settings and centerpieces looked super classy, and there really was no detail that she had missed. On top of all this, it turns out that our dessert caterer was a no-show, but Leah handled the situation so well (and even managed to find a last-minute replacement dessert) that we had no idea until she told us the next day. Overall, Leah is absolutely wonderful and if she's available on your wedding date, book with her ASAP.

I thought the event was very organized! The director, Courtney, impressed me. We were there twenty minutes before opening and the line moved quickly. We were brought in by groups (assuming so they could pace it) and given info on what to expect. Brides and Grooms were adorned with a tiara and bow tie. Cute touch! IDs checked, wrist band and wine glasses handed out, prizes and QR codes explained...then we headed inside. With a year to plan, they are definitely in the beginning stages so it was great to experience SO MANY vendors, ideas, options. We drank, chatted, snacked, questioned, photo-boothed, tooth whitened, and talked with virtually every single vendor. The QR system made the raffles/drawings so easy! That was the first time I ever seen that and I was totally on board! It could be a little challenging if someone enters for something meant only for a bride/groom. We stayed till the end, because "must be present to win" is totally fair and reasonable! I did feel bad for the vendors in the south annex of the main building because it was so incredibly crowded. I saw people getting frustrated and kind of pushing their way through at times. ( I didn't feel bad for the attendees... more for the vendors in that location.) It might be easier to have just one side of vendors instead of both. While we sat outside, enjoying some paella... I personally watched three wine glasses be broken (which happens when the wine is flowing) followed by "Opa!" The hostess in me immediately wondered if quality plastic glasses wouldn't be a better idea in the future lol. Sabores de Mexico - I'm dreaming of your Al Pastor and fresh tortillas. McCarty's Bar - your customer interaction was incredible! John Ross Dance - can't wait to learn! Moxie's - what a fun fun idea! One vendor suggestion I heard was to have had a plus size model included with wine Country bride. For my daughter, it was exactly what she needed it to be. A great, jumping off point! We look forward to returning in September!
