Due to the impending weather Matthews Roofing timed it so as the framers were finishing the decking on the south side of the house his crew started on the north side. Our decking was completely covered before any rain. The rain started the following morning. Tried three times to correct and then blamed the 20 year old gutter. Redid gutter and still huge splash. Now they say I never noticed it before, and it now has to have a splash guard to correct the problem.
