I was given a 3-hour window when they would show up, and they arrived within the first hour (and were done in just over 2 hours). The crew (2 guys) was very efficient. They explained the process and answered any questions. Then they proceeded through the house, connecting the large vacuum hose via the furnace and using a compressed air hose to blow off the dirt and dust for removal. The final phase was the additional dryer vent clean-out. This was complicated slightly due to the piping layout in our walls, but they managed it. I thought the pricing was in line with other companies. They had positive reviews online, and from our experience we would hire them again.

Signed an approval and said the tech was not to talk to the tenant. Get started and I would be there within the hour. When I got there the tech had not started and had told the tenant he was there to do the dryer vent. She was upset. He then told me the $99 was only for a dyer vent. I told him I ordered duct cleaning. He said that would be $450. I called the office, they said it was up to him. I complained and they said they would ask him to give me a discount because of the confusion. He refused and then told me, in front of the tenant because he had to wait for me he might not be able to do it all and would have to reschedule. The tenant called the prop. mgmt. company very angry. I agreed to pay the $450 and he started and then told me- in front of the tenant the ducts had mold and rust in them. This was the worst experience I have had with a duct cleaning company, and I have used several. I will NEVER use Clean Air again.
