Gene called me to explain as best he could what was going on. They installed a Halo 5 water softener this summer. We have tried to reach them by phone about some potential issues such as water damage on our floor near the installation site and asking for their assistance on how we can register for a warranty on the product. We wanted to see if they could check to make sure that it's not still leaking or at least give us some advice on how to do that. We have not heard back from them and it's been at 2 least weeks. We posted a review similar this one on their company website but it's not showing now. We are very frustrated by their lack of call back response especially after spending 6K plus on this product and service. Thank goodness when we called the manufacturer they were very helpful and answered our questions.
