The first day was a hot, sunny day. The man who came aerated my lawn. He told me that he was too tired to do anything else and he was going home. He wanted to be paid even though he had not completed the treatment. I already had a check made out to him for the aeration, as well as the spraying; so I showed it to him and told him that I would give it to him when he completed the work. He was supposed to come back the next day. Next day - no show or phone call. The third day someone came and completed the treatment and accepted payment. I fired them, but someone came at another time to treat my lawn. I told him that they had been fired. I would have continued to work with them except for the old guy who came out first blighted the whole experience.

On Sunday 7/26/25, I found the Total Brush Removal Llc website and submitted a request for a free quote. Jeremy sent me a text very quickly and we set up a time the very next day for him to come by and see what all needed to be done and give me a quote. Monday, 7/27, he came by and he gave me a quote. He told me that the job would be done on Thursday 7/30. I agreed and we talked about what time I'd be home from work and how to make payment. He told me the job would be finished before I made it home but I could call and make payment or he could come by and get the payment. Monday night at 9:03pm, he texted me a Property Restoration Proposal document. Just the document, no text with it. In the body of the proposal, it states "We appreciate the opportunity to restore your property and look forward to completing your project on July 30." I was at a concert so I opened it, scanned it, and put my phone away. On Thursday 7/30, I ended up being sick so I was at home all day. I kept expecting to see the crew come by and start working. I never received any kind of communication from Jeremy so at 6:19pm I sent him a text asking when they were coming by. Jeremy sent me a text saying he didn't get a confirmation from me for the date and he stated "I was trying to squeeze you in there it'll probably be next week until I can get there." I responded and told him we spoke about the date and time AND the proposal even had that date, I took that to mean it was confirmed. He then responded with "Okay must have slipped my mind you have to excuse me on that. I'll try to squeeze you into tomorrow otherwise I can have them there monday." I ended the conversation with "okay, great." Guess who NEVER showed up? Not the next day OR Monday... and has NEVER communicated anything else to me. I really wish I could've been able to rate the quality of the work but, unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of follow through was all I experienced.

Sometimes the right grade is not available to all the yards out there. The proper drainage plan is the way to go from adding a catch basin to getting your down spouts piped away from your house. We can not forget about the irrigation part of the landscape . We are super good into installing systems and also doing the complicated repairs of older irrigation systems.
