Wish I could leave a good review. Weeden did our survey initially but it seems they have gotten too big for their britches. We were pleased enough when Howard did our survey years ago. Fast forward: we wanted another survey done of an adjoining property. Multiple (3+) emails and multiple (5+) voicemails in and they won't even return my phone call. I was explicit in asking them to let me know - as a courtesy - if too busy. Nothing. Nada. Such a subpar experience. Won't do business again. Won't recommend. read more

My experience was absolutely terrible. I was given a timetable of 10-14 business days to complete a survey job. The job ultimately took over 7 weeks and i was constantly lied to about when i would receive my survey. I was told "you will definitely have it by monday".....Monday came and went with no survey... "You will definitely have it by thursday".....thursday came and went. When i called i got no response from the company and i was given a very stern attitude from the receptionist (Despite the fact that I was completely polite with her even at my highest frustration since i would never take that out on a receptionist). I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever, period. read more

I used Weeden Surveying twice and had a good experience both times. The first time was to survey a property we recently purchased and the second was a project to stake one side of the property where the border was unclear. Extremely accommodating/affordable/Very nice/VERY professional Group. They helped me get a Lot Line Revision done in the Town of Marlborough NY. 2 Lots, being Joined together as 1 lot to save on taxes! Very nicely done professional maps to help me get APPROVED by the Planning Board there. Very affordable rates, UNLIKE MANY OTHER SURVEYING groups that are just BIG NAMES and not any better. These guys were great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I WONT CALL ANYONE ELSE unless these guys tell me no. And I DONT know them personally. Im originally from Long Island. So this is a LEGIT ACTUAL review. Ive dealt with other Surveying companies/Engineers before, and most other companies will be A LOT more money for NOTHING. These guys helped revise my maps since my local township wanted revisions done. ALL done RIGHT AWAY EVEN AFTER I PAID! THE TRUE business people respond RIGHT AWAY, even AFTER I PAID the bill. He took a 50% deposit on a small job then disappeared would not pick up phone or return email. 3 months later they picked up the phone one day and told me they were sending my money back they could not do the job. A few days later Mr. Weeden calls me and says he's sorry and will be at my property in a few days. Says in email he will stake out what I need and send me the file. Three weeks later no file...never staked...no return calls...no return emails...its a joke. Sad part is he cost me several months delay. Stay away! read more
