Sebastian himself was very professional on the phone walking me through options, discussing the service, and making an appointment. Everything was upfront and provided as promised with no surprises. His website claims a white-glove service and that's what we received. It took less than half an hour for he and his employee to get the job done. The quote was 30% less than what I'd received from two competitive salvage companies. Sebastian also moves items, such as furniture. I am happy to recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future tasks.

For over a week I have been trying to reset my password and a link was to be sent to my email. After 15 attempts not one email to reset password was sent. This is the same email they use to tell me my order has shipped. Today I decided to call them and the only number listed is not in service. I can only assume that they have had so many dissatisfied customers as of late that they have decided to make it impossible to contact them. I'll be contacting my bank next.
