Several other brokers said it would be difficult, perhaps impossible, to sell then and suggested I wait until Spring. Zats had a photographer taking pictures the day after I signed the selling agreement and held an open house about 7 days later. He held two other open houses and I had multiple bids in 18 days. I especially appreciated that he called me on almost every one of those 18 days to update me on what had happened that day with my apartment. Zats had a strategy for selling the apartment, he executed that strategy and effctively communicated what he was doing to me. And key to this very successful sale is that he worked extremely hard.

The super was supposed to let me in for both units, but the super was no where to be found. After waiting for 15 minutes outside in the snowstorm (might I add for each unit), I left. It is hard to get someone to rent a unit that they never see. Charlie/Chuck Newman, used various different phone numbers, email addresses, and names and when I wanted to put in an offer for a unit, said there was $600 in fees to apply for the unit. 100 for each credit check, 150 for lease preparation, and 250 for management preparation. Needless to say I did not go ahead with that unit. I had the pleasure of talking to Amanda, she was very nice and helpful in making sure that Chuck was a real person.

Had I not reached out, I would have shown up for the tour without any notice that it was canceled. We rescheduled for the following day at 4:30 PM, which was also confirmed. When I arrived on time and waited in the lobby, she did not show up. I called her at 4:30, and she said she would arrive in 15 minutes. She did not call or text to update me. She eventually arrived 20 minutes late. Upon her arrival, she immediately began assisting another group (who appeared to be scheduled after us). In front of them, she falsely stated that I was late, despite the fact that I had spoken to her on the phone minutes earlier and she texted me at 4:48 PM confirming she had arrived. She proceeded to show the apartment to the other group first, leaving us waiting even longer--despite us having the earlier scheduled appointment. When it was clear that I was upset by the situation, Rajshree made an inappropriate comment to my boyfriend, saying, "I don't know why she is shaking her head," referring to me. She then began arguing with me in the main lobby in front of others and told me that "we should work together," which felt dismissive given her behavior.
