I will never use PC Richard's again. they installed an air conditioner in my wall the contractor never looked outside before cutting the hole in my wall. the other guy outside unwrapping the air conditioner came running in to tell him to stop cause he was hitting my roofline, the contractor had to make another hole lower to install the air conditioner. to make matters worse PC Richard's had stood me up TWICE to fix it, I have a hole in my wall for a month now. I have called damage dept. five times nobody I mean nobody has called me back. These knuckle heads claimed to have opened up and found no issues. Finally I had another service company come to my house and as soon as he saw the issue he knew exactly what it was. He opened up the back took off the lead connecting wire and showed me the burnt pins on one side of the cable. That cable was shorted and burnt out the power supply & motherboard. Not only did he find this in less then 5 min of being in my home he said it is a known problem with that Samsung TV and proceeded to show my link after link online describing the problem and solution. Can't believe a company who's profession is servicing these TVs would be so horribly inept at there job. To make matters worse the old guy has to be one of the rudest people I ever came across in business. Stay away from these clowns if you actually want your stuff repaired.

I dropped it in a drawer in the kitchen for some possible future use. But as of a few days ago, I had enough with my current cellphone service. The bill is always higher than I expect it to be and the service is not dependable. A couple of days ago I found a Cricket dealer right near my home in Bay Shore. I had to have my current Cricket cellphone reactivated since I had not used it for so long. Well, the guy's name in the store is "Free" and he was so good. Such a pleasant man and extremely helpful. I never had the feeling that he wanted to sell me a new phone or that he wanted to sell me anything additional to what I went in there for. I got a great plan for a very fair price and AT&T is my carrier. I must say I was more than happy, I was delighted. Oh yea, Free found a case in his Free phone case area that was a perfect fit for my phone. I can't say enough good stuff about my Cricket cellphone.
