Only for it to fail again the very next day. When I called back, I only heard some mumbling about HDMI and suggestion to ship unit directly to Yamaha. They would not accept their mistakes at faulty diagnostics nor wanted to take it back for repair. No apologies for bad service ether. Now, if authorized repair center is telling you tho ship unit back to manufacturer, that alone speaks volumes about careless attitude. They know first hand, that Yamaha will not take unit back and will tell to use service center as their repair protocol. My bottom line with this joint was not smelling roses to say the least

I will never use PC Richard's again. they installed an air conditioner in my wall the contractor never looked outside before cutting the hole in my wall. the other guy outside unwrapping the air conditioner came running in to tell him to stop cause he was hitting my roofline, the contractor had to make another hole lower to install the air conditioner. to make matters worse PC Richard's had stood me up TWICE to fix it, I have a hole in my wall for a month now. I have called damage dept. five times nobody I mean nobody has called me back. I had to go to the store and talk with the manager there. but still nothing. he said I will get a refund for install NOTHING!!!!!! Stay away do yourself a favor!

I had broken my screen on or about March 7th, and made a few calls to try and get it repaired…read more Everyone wanted me to drop my phone off for a few days and wanted over $200. When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!
