This used to be a fantastic office. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. WHAT HAPPENED??? I've been a patient for many years and slowly over the last year the customer service and patient care has been declining so steadily. It's just sad! There's new front office and medical assistants practically every time (monthly) I go in and they are worse every month. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING and there seems to be a new "policy" every time I go in now that makes things more and more difficult to want to continue to be a patient here. There are SO many other related weight loss doctors in the area... I'm definitely going to start with a new one that seems to actually care about their patients!!! read more

I have gone to Weight No More off and on for years. I believe people have different degrees of difficulty in dealing with controlling their weight. For me it has been a life long struggle and very difficult struggle. For those who are so against using medication to treat obesity, consider the health dangers of obesity compared to the side effects of medication. Sure there are side-effects but by minimizing your weight you are minimizing health problems caused by obesity which can be quite severe. Treatment is different for each individual but a good number of people stay on some sort of meds, after they lose the weight they want, to prevent it from coming back. For me that has been the key, staying on the meds. It has kept my weight more level and steady which I believe is better than the yo-yo dieting I used to do. I hated dieting when it seemed my whole existence was focused on food, the one thing I was trying to consume less of. I would try so hard but I could only do it for so long. I am at least 30 pounds less than I was at my highest weight. Without the help of Dr. Skversky I would be miserably and hugely unhealthy. I was in the area, so I arrived for my appt about 35 mins early. The office staff was technically still on their lunch break but the door was ajar so I poked my head in. I was invited in and told that the Dr. would be happy to see me. I told them that I had a book with me and that I was prepared to wait. They couldn't have been sweeter. They ushered me right in and the doctor saw me immediately. I was attended to in an unhurried manner and with sincere care. Remember that I intruded on their lunch break. I have regularly had phone appts over the last 2 years with Weight No More but they sent me the wrong medication this time! The label stated the correct medication, I took it for 2 days, and I felt very odd. I went to a local pharmacy and asked them to identify the medication and it was a psychotropic medication which I have never been prescribed and CANNOT take! The office and doctor know I have a medical condition that is vital to know when medication is being prescribed and there is obviously no quality control. This is not the first time they have made medication mistakes (quantity) but this was inexcusable! I called and spoke to a woman that said she was the office manager. I told her what happened and that I will not be returning and I wanted a full refund for my medication and appointment. She said she needed to get approval from the owner and will call me back. She returned my call and said a full refund would be issued. It has been nearly 2 months and to date there has not been a refund. I've called back several times and not received a call in return. This will be going to a higher level of authority to ensure they do not make this mistake again and jeopardize other patients health. read more

I love this office!! The doctors are amazing, they take so much time with you and explain/answer any questions you have thoroughly. The doctors really do care and they make you feel so welcomed!! The front office staff are on point, they answer all my questions and if they need to ask the doctors something they call me right back. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The front office staff really go out of their way for you. I don't know their names but they deserve more credit than these one star reviews. I am a psychiatric nurse so I am around medical staff all the time. I can honestly say I wish we had more doctors and medical staff just like this. I would give more stars if I could!! There are many skeptical people who might think that by using medication to control your weight is unhealthy and a easy way out. I can assure you it isn't a quick fix, you still have to do your share by eating right and do moderate exercise. I have literally tried everything by doing crash / fad diets, counting calories, keep a food journal, I've joined a gym 4 times, infomercial diets, ordering all kinds of fitness videos, I've also joined Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, & Neutral System. You name it I've done it, but for me it was all a temporary fix, nothing has helped until a friend referred me to Weight No More. I have been treated by Dr. Skversky for over 10 years and if it wasn't for his help & support I know by now I would have gained allot more weight then what I started off at. I know me and would have been gaining & gaining.
