I just called this place to do my due diligence and ask a few questions about the Morpheus8 procedure. I discovered that the doctor is not a dermatologist or plastic surgeon but a pain management doctor Also, I had a few questions about pricing etc. I was on this call a total of 4 minutes. I actually looked on my phone to check that I wasn't wasting too much of someone's time Because the woman I was talking to suddenly got very curt and said to me "well, it doesn't sound like you're ready to book, do u have any more questions for me or... " She sounded so impatient like she just wanted to get off the phone with me I don't care that this place is cheapest to get the Morpheus8. I'll gladly pay more so that I can get a place where I'm not treated like that I've already booked at another doctors office Your loss. Wow. That is the first word to describe my experience at Lux Medical Spa on August 29, 2024. I wrote this review after I got home from the appointment. I had the FUT hair transplant procedure. I had 1606 grafts done by two doctors: one main lead and one assistant.. I got there at 7 AM. There was an oral survey about allergies and medicine I was currently taking. The procedure started after I put on a gown and head shave. The first part of the procedure lasted until 1:30 PM. That's when the grafts are cut and moved to a new position. They provided a delicious sandwich right after 1:30 PM. They gave a large bottle of gatorade with the lunch. It's important to re-hydrate because you will lose blood during the procedure. The second phase occurs after lunch. The doctor exams the grafts and makes sure they are inserted correctly. The doctors also do additional cleaning to reduce inflammation and infection prevention. They expertly dressed my head and that concluded my first appointment. There is a second day appointment to replace the bandage on my head. Checkups are then staggered for each three following months to ensure that the grafts healed correctly. Every one in this office is super, super friendly. Talking to the assistants during the procedure help pass the time faster. read more

I have a very bad experience here today with Claudia. I called ahead since I was coming from LA to see if I am able to use the same price as Groupon since I haven't been here for years... the lady on the phone said yes we can honor it. When I got to the clinic, Claudia approached me in a hostile manner and said I am not able to do that. There were customers around and she did not care how she was presenting herself and the clinic. Her attitude was awful towards me as a customer. She said "you should be thankful she's nice enough to honor it to you because I wouldn't" If only she was professional about it I wouldn't have written this review. Claudia is down-to-earth, honest, and easy to talk to, and the Doctor is all those things, plus has great bedside manner--he's very gentle, patient, and kind. He is also happy to answer any questions and is very thorough in his work. Talk about the most PAINFULLY AGGRESSIVE BOTOX INJECTIONS I've ever had in my life!! I've gotten botox for years from so many other doctors and never had an experience like this. I lost ten pounds doing their one-month weight loss program!! Let me back up. I've been following a consistent workout and healthy eating routine for about a year and a half and was getting sick and tired of seeing no results because I hit a plateau. Now, please understand by no means was my eating regimen perfect (I love food...so I have my cheat days every now and then, but I didn't eat horribly). I was looking for something different to try to hopefully see some results. I was skeptical in trying medical weight loss but am glad that I did. I did my research and ensured that the doctor was an actual doctor (he is! No clue why I was skeptical about that but I was). My first visit was great! The ladies I've interacted with the entire time I went were professional and made me feel comfortable. So, now to the program. My one-month program realistically went for about 5 weeks because I cut my appetite suppressant pills in half for a few days to get used to it. The program included a doctor's consultation, appetite suppressant pills, starch neutralizing pills, and B-12 injections. I started off taking half an appetite suppressant pill a day and man did I feel the effects immediately. Going from eating one breakfast sandwich for breakfast every morning to half a breakfast sandwich and feeling very full was quite a surprise (even after a hard workout in the morning!). Now, you can't enter this program and expect huge results if you don't have the right eating routine and workout routine in place. Having the workout routine and eating routine AND THEN adding this program on top is why I believe I was able to see the results that I did. Now that I'm off the program I do have an extra month's worth of appetite suppressants (purchased it in addition to the program) just in case I need it. But, I've been very conscious of my eating and workout routine so that I have continued to see results, just not as drastically as I did while on the program. This program helped reinstall confidence in my ability to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time!! read more

I didn't believe it when I was told about their weight loss program until I started seeing results in everyone around me. My entire family has used their weight loss services (as well as other services such as botox and sculpsure) and it's unbelievable how effective it actually has been. I decided to go in and try their HCG shots for myself and the results I got were truly impressive. The best part of it is that you also get a diet program that helps you maintain your ideal weight after you lose it, which was the best part for me. First time coming to this medical office, staff and physician were nice and friendly. Came in for PRP Micro needling was scared about having pain, but the doctor numb my face first and felt nothing while he was doing the treatment. I loved that he took his time and addressed my concerns of where I wanted him to focus, since my main concerns were my dark spots due to acne. Today is day 4 post treatment and I'm loving the results so far. I will for sure be coming back for another treatment.
