Workouts are circuit style, and Anthony can also tailor them on the fly depending on your current needs. The session lasts between 30-45 mins. You feel accountable to Anthony and the peer group you train with, and everyone pushes and encourages everyone else to train hard. You will leave exhausted but happy.
