I got a few items to try - so far the mini quinoa salad and chicken, mushroom and leek potpie were both incredible, fresh and very tasty. Service was great although most folks are behind the counter to give extra room for shopping. The vibe is high end grocery store / deli - spotlessly clean, organized with mood lighting and the whole nine yards. We got our turkey for Thanksgiving here one year and it was a crowd pleaser. Amazing neighborhood staple in Dundas.

Let me give you a disclaimer, I don't eat a lot of meat. I have been here twice. I was dragged here…read moreby a friend of mine who recently moved to this sleepy little hamlet to work at a nearby university. From what I tasted, the meat is very good. I don't know that it is in the category of Lobels in New York or Peoria Packing of Chicago, but from what I had, it was very good. I also just learned that the Senator Restaurant in Toronto uses Cumbrae's beef. I haven't been back to the Senator since 1991, but it was at that time, a very good restaurant. My review is not for the meat, it is for the staff. I don't frequent butcher shops, but my past experiences have been very different from this shop. There are no old, grumpy, loud men in bloodied white coats here. Instead, they seem to have found a stable of really hot, cute young girls that love to handle raw meat. I don't get it, but each one is cuter and prettier than the next. Brunettes, blondes, red heads, its like the Sunday Funday girls of the Playboy Mansion are working here. I could cast a Bravo reality show here."The cute coeds of Cumbraes." You could do a calendar that would make the Tempe 12 look ordinary. The guys in the back are also young, like a college hockey team. I am not sure if this hiring is on purpose, or the norm for small Canadian butcher shops, but it works. I think even hardcore vegans would have a hard time avoiding this place.

First and foremost this is a purveyor of meats. My wife and I love the Chicken Basil Sausages here! There are also excellent chicken and beef products of all kinds. You can also get an excellent cooked chicken dinner to go, and a number of entrees. This place is also a sandwich counter, you can have a great sandwich prepared and taken to go (again the place is small and there definitely isn't enough places to stay and eat inside the store. The store is also a gift shop. Lampe Berger? Check. Specialty Food Gadgets? Check. All manner of Kitchenware? Check. Home Decor items? Check. Gift Baskets? Check. Too many things to list here? Check. Did I mention that the place is also a little upscale supermarket with delicious cheeses, unique drinks, fresh eggs, frozen meals and spices and sauces of all kinds? There's truly something for everyone! If you're in the area, I think you should really take the time to check out Greensville Gourmet... You'll be glad you did!

The shop is set up for carry out only at this time and has several coolers and a case full of fresh pasta, and fresh sandwiches for sale. We love coming by for a fancy sandwich on their house made focaccia breads. We love the mortadella and veggie with arugula varieties. You can check their specials on their Instagram https://instagram.com/pasta.mercato There so many delicious things but the star of the show is their homemade fresh pastas you can buy by weight. It's cool to get to see the pasta being made nearby the checkout / ordering counter. We love elevating our homemade dinners with fresh pasta! Between the pasta and sandwiches it's become a weekly staple in our house. They also sell fresh or frozen dinners in a variety of sizes. Everything we've tried has been amazing. It's so easy to pull one out of the freezer on a chilly night. There are so many wonderful cheeses and meats, sauces, sweets and curated grocery goods. We've found amazing olive oils, candies, and other goodies. The lemon slushies were tasty in the summer. We haven't tried the pizza but look forward to it. We love supporting this growing local business. It's convenient and awesome to seeing the pasta for sale at Dundurn Market and get to eat it in special soups at The Burnt Tongue! I love when local businesses collaborate. Yum!!

The issue? There's an insane amount of information and it's hard to determine what works for one curly haired girl to the next. What I did learn though was that there are salons specifically catered to curly clients. I got to googling and found Ellenoire in my area. My first visit was a virgin cut where I learned so much about the dos and don't specifically for my curly hair. I walked away with all new products that I love and have helped my hair drastically and now I know hot to take care of my specific hair. I got a bunch of compliments and was able to share my new knowledge with others. I honestly can't recommend this place enough, especially for those who have no clue how to properly take care of their curls!

The first shall go unnamed, but it wasn't NEARLY as informative about my hair as my visit to Ellenoir was. My stylist really took her time to talk to me about my specific hair type, and now my curls come out looking better every day. Can't recommend this place enough, especially those who've recently ditched the straightener and are struggling!
