Not sure if this location had supply issues or if it has just declined from all those good reviews, but it wasn't all that great here. I came in to grab a few items that I knew they would have, but after scouring the aisles I only ended up finding two of the items I wanted. After the frustration of going up and down the aisles, I made my way to the registers. I used the self checkout registers and after some difficulty with the scanner I was good to go. The scanner would not read my phone to scan the rewards program in. With my items paid for, I went out the door to continue the day.

I've waited for 15-25 minutes on 4 different occasions with no one helping with the pick up. On 2 occasions, they had us jump through insurance loops to get some medication or other approved before they can refill just to end with the medication being out of stock here! It's also the messiest CVS I've ever been to. I don't think anyone cleans outside or inside on a daily basis. Debris on the carpet inside and trash spilling over outside on most days.

If anything, they go above and beyond the call here on occasion. For example, they usually remember us. Not just, "Oh, here's your records" stuff, but walk in the door and (if it's the main pharmacists) they'll know what we're there for. That's something you don't get at your other places! Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you. Not to mention, they'll often have that done by the end of the day! So, if you're looking for a local pharmacy with great customer service, then I can't recommend them enough.

I get it--our festering society has normalized theft to the point that a store is vulnerable. But maybe consider customer loss-control? You're driving away the 90 per cent of us who are honest in an attempt to stop the ten per cent who aren't. And we do have other options.

The self-checkout cashier is always very pleasant. From entering to exiting self-checkout, she provides a friendly greeting. She pretty much assists as needed and demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. Overall, the staff at this location are typically willing to assist if questions are asked. The store manager that I interacted with on another occasion was helpful as well. The seafood department was closed and did not have any fresh seafood in stock, so I had to purchase a different item than intended from the frozen seafood section. I was told that the delivery most likely had not arrived. I was somewhat disappointed about buying frozen fish but I understood that it was a situation beyond their control.
