I found that they work behind the scenes and do not give many updates. That may not be a problem for most people but I wish I had had a little more contact about the process of my case. They were very kind and answered all of my questions when I did leave a message to speak to my lawyer. I did start with one lawyer, then was moved to a different one who left the firm and I closed out my case with a third person. I can confidently say they were all very nice and I didn't have an issue with any of them. I did not mind my case being moved between individuals as they were knowledgeable of my situation when the next person took over. They worked with me to make sure I received a fair settlement and even stayed late in the office so I could grab my check from them after my work day.
