What a great experience with Servpro crew (Levi, Ben, and Ethan). They arrived to our home and…read morefrom start to finish in two days showed extreme kindness and professionalism. They showed such kindness and truly showed confidence that the mitigation of the damage would be taken care of. We immediately felt comfortable with the work they were doing and the neat work. They took pride in the work they did and communication exceeded our expectations. Thanks ServPro for coming to our rescue. Huge shout out to Levi!!! Very professional!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this SERVPRO location was bad enough that I…read morefeel obligated to warn other homeowners. I hired them to do a dust seal and containment while my whole house plumbing was being redone. The upstairs containment failed during the job, and when they removed their plastic downstairs, they pulled paint off my ceiling. Their own internal notes acknowledge both the failed containment and the ceiling damage. Instead of taking responsibility and working with me to fix it, the communication from the office was chaotic and misleading. They later claimed I "never responded" to their project manager, even though I have multiple emails in the same thread showing that I replied and tried to connect. Then, on December 2, things went from frustrating to outrageous: Around 9:00 a.m., I received the first invoice I had ever seen for the remaining balance. Roughly two hours later, I got a call from someone named Patricia Martinez, who immediately threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay right away. This was despite the invoice itself saying 15-day terms, despite the documented defective work and damage to my ceiling, and with zero acknowledgment of that damage or my good-faith attempts to resolve things. Threatening to encumber a homeowner's title within hours of sending the first bill, in the context of a disputed and partially defective job, is completely inappropriate and felt like bullying, not customer service. In the end, I paid the bill simply to protect my home and move on, not because I think the job was done properly or this was handled professionally. If you're a homeowner considering this franchise, be very cautious and get everything in writing--especially around workmanship, damage, and billing.
