I've been through other insurance agencies and I can tell you not all companies are the same (sadly). Now all my policies are under John's agency. (My old business partner insisted we use their insurance person - big mistake that guy was lazy & service was horrible- as in never answering the phone or emailing me back). So now there's one less thing that I don't need to worry about. Plus his pricing is competitive and actually beat my other insurance company. I have quite a few policies through him. Paying my bill is as simple as calling in and saying my name. They have my policies up in no time. I've also had to file a few claims throughout the many years. NEVER had an issue. Steve was VERY UNHELPFULL after repeated calls to get situation handled n just said it was out of his hands n I would hv to talk to someone else. Horrible service n unwillingly to work with either Safelite or State Farm n just left it in my hands! Once again it was a repair they said was covered at NO CHARGE n then try n make me pay for their authorized repair failure! Very very unsatisfied with them.....
