What a great experience!! Dustin was so patient while I spent two weeks trying to figure out a good date to get my deep clean done. JoAnn and Tasha (I apologize if I spelled these names incorrectly) were amazing! They came through and took charge of the cleaning. They were polite, professional, respectful, and efficient. They only had 1 review on yelp but it was a good one so I thought I would try them out seeing as I'm trying to sell my house and needed it in tip top shape. Lisa and Maria showed up promptly at the appt. time but I was up with a sick child all nght and had over slept. They were so sweet and not bothered at all and just started right away on my platinum service. By the time they were done my house looked brand new and I was tempted not to sell it, lol. Everything was sparkling clean even my fridge and oven. I was so happy with them that since I'll be moving to the same area I decided to use them at my new house for basic cleanings here and there ....just to treat myself lol. read more

Run as fast as you can from this company! I called and scheduled an appointment for cleaning to be done in my parents house. We discussed a deep cleaning, thorough bathroom cleaning, woodwork, dusting, etc. Two very young snotty girls arrived to clean. They had a horrible attitude and made it very clear they did want to be there. They did a piss poor job cleaning. Dusting was not done. The bathrooms were horribly cleaned and the toilets looked like they were barely touched and the vacuum job was horrendous. The woodwork wasn't touched at all. My parents spent 4 hours cleaning what these twits didn't even touch. Not worth the money paid at all. read more

Been using Got It Maid for a few years now, for regular cleanings of my grandmother's house and recently a deep clean when I moved out of an apartment. There's been a snag here and there, over the 3 years, because people are human, but they're great and take good care of us. They now take Paypal! So awesome. read more

They have always been reliable, professional and most importantly trustworthy. On top of everything else, their prices are very competitive. We had routine cleaning with the service for over 2 years, including at two different homes. At our move-out clean, they took posters down off walls and threw them in the trash. We were not given a chance to come back to retrieve them. They were left intentionally as we were coming back for them. We had some framed artwork that was still in the home as well that was left in the home. Lisa has failed to returns calls or emails to discuss. We can no longer recommend this service. read more

Steps were also taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers (yay!), so they certainly listen to feedback and strive to make things better. I love this service. I've used them a few times. The most recent service blew me away. Dustin was amazing at working with us to schedule our service. My baby was in the neonatal icu so scheduling was hard! He worked with us and got the perfect time scheduled! The two ladies, Meredith and Jessica, who cleaned our house were incredible! They did such an amazing job to make our house perfectly clean and safe for our sweet baby to come home! My house has never been so clean! Their attention to detail was incredible. I've been using Got it Maid for about a year and couldn't be happier with their service. Yazmine and her team were always on time and they left my house spotless. They even called to let me know they were finished after each visit. Lisa, the account manager, always sent a reminder via email about my appointment and was always quick to respond if I needed to change my appointment or if I just had a question. The made service started out wonderful with a clean house and showing up on time. Problems started about 6 months after we began using the company. Instead of the usual crew they started sending new ladies to the house. I should of gone with my gut feeling of having new people in the house every two weeks. The last few months of service resulted in the house not being cleaned properly with dirt still under lips of cabinets, dirty table, forgetting to completely clean one or two counter tops, forgetting to clean toilet so it was visible dirty when passing by. Then on 5 separate occasions they started to not show up at ALL for schedule appointments. They never called to apologize and would result in me having to email or call Lisa a day later to find out why and reschedule. If you run a business you can not just not show up and don't notify the customer at all. Then someone at the company also went through my children s piggy banks and stole all the bills from 3 piggy banks. This was like $20 and $10 that they had been collecting for over 9 years from Christmas and bdays from relatives. I cant believe they would steal from children. I was taught to put away ipads, kindle and such just to eliminate temptation, I never thought about the children s piggy banks. It wasn't until my kids went to put money in piggy bank and they said whys my piggy bank so light. Then dumped money out to count and ALL the bills were missing. This was the last and final straw.
