When I have attempted to contact these people to discuss a shared property issue, the wife doesn't return my phone calls, puts her husband on the job (who also won't return my calls) and he is a yeller at tenants. When one active military person was trying to work and relocate his family at the same time, his landlords were sending their employees over to his house to show it while he was packing after a day out in the desert working for Uncle Sam. I have seen and heard multiple instances of inconsiderate behavior from this organization. I would not recommend their services-if you can call it that- to anyone.

We had a tenant that took it upon himself to change out the shower heads and move cabinets without permission from Alamogordo Realty or myself and when this tenant moved out, they never charged him. And I totally agree with Justin's review, the problem is Rosie. She lies to cover her own ass and when you call her out on her lie, she just ignores it and changes the subject. Mary Lockwood seemed eager and helpful at the beginning. While I am grateful she knew someone who was willing to sell their home that was not on the market, I would not recommend using her for your home buying needs. This home was not the first home we have purchased. We were not at all new to this process. After signing the contract for the home, Mary changed. No longer helpful. She no longer performed any of the tasks required of a realtor. Since she would not respond to emails from both the title company and the lender, it was up to us to get all the paperwork required by both to purchase the home. Both title co and lender were very understanding and were excellent to work with. We closed on this home while we were in another state. Mary didn't show up to the closing there at the title co w the seller nor did she contact them. They never heard from her. The title co worked w the seller to get the info for us to get us the keys to our new home. It's been over 30 days since closing and the only contact we have had from her was info for utilities for the new home a few days after closing (we had already completed that task). No congratulations, no thank you, nothing. Also at this time the referral fee from broker to broker has not been paid.
