But Elm liaised w/ my doctor & insurance and every month without a problem I get that brand of medicine filled! Also, they deliver to my house. I have a sleeping disorder where I sleep super heavy and don't hear knocking on the door, alarms, a phone call, etc. Elm is super understanding of this & very patient with me. They call my house when the delivery guy is almost here (sometimes a several times) and wait patiently when I sometimes don't hear the phone or the knock! They truly are one of the only places I've come across that appreciate their customers' business, and show it by going above and beyond for them. Good customer service is not that easy to come by in this day in age...but Elm exhibits this rare quality. In addition, two wheels required repair. After the visit, the wheelchair continued to malfunction and eventually stopped working. I contacted the company for two weeks daily, requesting a follow-up visit. During this time, my calls were not returned, and no appointment was scheduled. This company serves individuals who depend on medical equipment for mobility and daily living. The lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and adequate service is unacceptable. No patient should be treated in this manner.
