Most recently, they reported to my Medicare provider that my supplies had been delivered at midnight on a Sunday. However, the package was never delivered. This kind of inaccurate reporting and repeated delays is unacceptable, especially when people depend on these medical supplies for their health. In addition, two wheels required repair. After the visit, the wheelchair continued to malfunction and eventually stopped working. I contacted the company for two weeks daily, requesting a follow-up visit. During this time, my calls were not returned, and no appointment was scheduled. This company serves individuals who depend on medical equipment for mobility and daily living. The lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and adequate service is unacceptable. No patient should be treated in this manner.
