We found wait times to be manageable, however, they have an awesome option to check in ahead of time. I schedule your arrival time and once you arrive, you are at the top of the wait list. SUPER handy if you are able to plan ahead. They also have a TV that shows you the wait time and your place in line, this is very helpful. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and have great bedside manner. (Esp with a sick toddler or infant). After ever visit, our prescriptions were called in quickly so that we didn't have to wait long at the pharmacy for them - very helpful. The facilities are clean and inviting (or as inviting as a medical building can be). The weighting area has many different seating options, as well as a coffee and tea station. We will continue to visit this Urgent care (or lab) if we ever are in need.

I even told the doctor, Daniel Mann, that I suspected pneumonia. He listened to my lungs for less than 10 seconds, dismissed my concerns, and prescribed me an inhaler, steroids, and a cough suppressant--despite the fact that I told him I did not have a cough. When I asked for clarification about my symptoms, the only explanation I was given was "it's probably a cold." When I asked if he could say with certainty that it was not pneumonia, he told me yes. I had to push just to get a COVID and flu test, because in my life I've never had a "cold" this severe. To be fair, I understand my visit was close to closing time. However, this was the only urgent care open at the time, and I simply cannot afford an ER visit. I was hoping for thorough care and reassurance, but instead left feeling dismissed and confused. Over the following week, my symptoms did not improve and actually got worse, especially the difficulty breathing. I ended up going to a different urgent care for a second opinion, where they performed a chest X-ray and confirmed I do in fact have pneumonia. That means I spent an entire week untreated, walking around contagious, exposing my baby brother and my best friend who has severe asthma and lung issues. This misdiagnosis and dismissal could have had serious consequences for me and the people around me. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of thoroughness and the disregard for my symptoms, and I would strongly caution others about the level of care provided here.

His bedside manner came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and I felt like I was being talked down to rather than listened to as a patient. At one point I was asked what I thought was wrong with me, which felt strange since I came in looking for medical guidance as someone who is not a healthcare professional. Because of this experience, I will NOT be returning. I seriously hope Cary receives additional training in patient communication and bedside manner in the future.

Actually they didn't even diagnose anything and wouldn't give antibiotics without running a rona test. Seriously. Told me to gargle with salt water. This team at Mercy Health, adhered to my symptomology, looked at my medical history and went to work. Diagnosis: bilateral ear infections and a sinusitis. I was given appropriate antibiotics without the propaganda. Hands down exactly the treatment I required! Very nice facility. Staff very professional. Fever broke within 24 hours of taking antibiotiocs and only slight pressure in one ear. Highly recommend!!!!

My dad (87) is not the easiest patient, but Marcie had a work around for everything. She took him for his XRay. Less than 5 minutes later a male and female Dr came in and kindly, and simply, told (and showed on X-ray) my dad his arm was broken. They sent him across the hall to get a cast. It was a great experience from beginning to end. But what really made me know my dad was in good hands was Marcie. She cared enough to figure things out even when he kept saying he "was fine". I was able to make the appointment online easily for that same week, which was nice. They sent a ton of forms to fill out prior to the appointment, which took a bit of time, but I didn't have to re-do any of the paperwork when I was there. The building has plenty of parking but it was pretty busy as the lot is shared with some other offices. I was seen pretty close to my appointment time by PA Nate. He listened to my concerns and did a quick physical exam of my knee and sent me for an x-ray which was done in their own lab. I got my results fairly quickly and they recommended physical therapy. They did call me several times to follow up to schedule PT as well as make a return appointment, which I declined. Overall it was a good experience, I don't have anything to compare it to but I felt listened to and supported in my care at this practice.

I didn't understand her as I was now trying to listen to two people at once. She interrupted me again demanding I put a mask on. Apparently her power trip was more important than my call. This fake nurse (they wear scrubs like they're medical professionals, when they're not) shouldn't be in a customer-facing position.

The doctor insinuating that there was a reason behind why she was pushing for an antibiotic when she has an active infection on her tonsils. The doctor pushed her to do a strep and mono test, which we knew would be negative, and they were, but it just makes $ for everyone. And let her leave with nothing to treat her active infection and in tears as she has finals this week and is 2 hours from home. Don't go here unless you want needless tests performed and to be treated inferior.

My writing hand was the issue, and the front desk person was very accommodating getting my info. Triage was really smooth and respectful; I was a bit anxious, and she was very calming. The doctor explained my injury really thoroughly, gave detailed instructions for healing at home, and told me what to do if my hand got worse, and when. It didn't, though, and I attribute that to the doctor's skill and treatment plan. I highly recommend this place!
