In addition when I contacted them to ask why we didn't review the negative findings i was told by Kayleigh that it wasn't their job to tell me and her wording was defensive and aggressive to say the least. If needed I am happy to provide a copy of my conversation with this business to show I was in no way out of line when I attempted to question the lack of communication regarding the roof to wall connections.
