My name is Paul Russell, and I've struggled with severe eczema my entire life. My dermatologist…read moretold me there was no cure and that I'd need to rely on steroids and ongoing injections forever. During a particularly bad breakout, I reached out to Dr. Chopa out of desperation. After reviewing my lab work, he identified the root cause and explained exactly how his treatment would address it. I followed his program, and the results have been incredible. I've now gone four months without a single breakout -- no itching, no scratching, no symptoms at all. If I could give him 20 stars, I would.

Dr.Chapa got me started on herbs that noticeably changed my energy levels within 2 weeks. I not only started having more energy, I was able to spend more time at the gym and run for longer periods. My work improved and I was able to work more hours and not feel tired. I became a loyal patient ever since, and have consistently been doing cupping therapy, acupuncture, and herbs. I have also had fire cupping with Dr. Chan, and he is great! My most recent visit was with Dr. Chang who was able to help me with some female related challenges that have also improved quickly with her help. I am so grateful for finding this place, their team is amazing, and I have already referred my brother and he also received great care. Highly recommended, great experience all around.

SEE EDIT BELOW I…read morewould not recommend this allergy clinic to anyone. During my first visit, Dr. Shakouri was very dismissive of the fact that my profession as an airline pilot strictly limits which medications I am allowed to take. Despite my repeated concerns and the FAA medication restrictions, he continued to push for a "large dose" of an allergy medication until I finally said, "I would rather not." I was later scheduled for allergy skin testing and a sinus CT scan. The front desk provided written instructions, which I followed exactly. Those instructions also clearly stated that I would be contacted in advance with pricing if my insurance did not cover the tests. That never happened. On the day of the appointment, I was unexpectedly told I owed $300 for the allergy testing (which I reluctantly agreed to) and $150 for the sinus CT scan (which I declined). I expressed my frustration to Dr. Shakouri, after which he issued a refund, and I chose to terminate care with this office. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor communication, disregard for occupational medical restrictions, and irresponsible front office practices. I now have to start the entire process over again elsewhere. I do not recommend this practice. EDIT: Just in case it gets deleted, Denise K (business owner) commented below: "It's sad patients can say anything they want on social media whether it's true or not" My response to Denise K. whom accurately proves my point about this allergy clinic: What's actually sad is dismissing legitimate patient concerns by implying they're untrue, rather than addressing them professionally. My review reflects my firsthand experience as a patient and the interaction I had in your office. If any part of it were inaccurate, a respectful clarification would be appropriate -- not a blanket attempt to discredit patients for speaking publicly. Reviews exist so future patients can make informed decisions based on real experiences.

When I asked if they could change it to something, anything; neutral - weather, HGtV, cooking, the answer was no. The doctor insists. Considering I have to wait after 30 min an allergy shot, this is rude and downright torture. I even asked if I could wait in my car as was told no. So patients are required to listen to biased drivel. Why do they even need a TV? Everyone has a phone? Just cruel and pointless.

I suggest researching the treatment your allergist offer before booking. I went to an ENT back in…read more2020 and he only offered weekly shots or allergy drops. I couldnt commit to the shots, went with drops and it didnt work for me. Wasted three years with that doctor. Park lane allergy offers rush allergy shots and the traditional weekly shots over the years. I chose the rush allergy shots where I take one day off from work to sit in their office and do most of the shots upfront then two months weekly shots before I go to monthly. That works way better with my schedule demands. Everybody in the office was very nice. Also, I love their hours, open at 7AM and close for lunch everyday and half day Friday. I'm an early morning so I will take that time to better fit my schedule.

WORST OFFICE EVER! I went to see the doctor the first time…read morefor allergy issues. I was told that they could give me a medicine for the allergies but then later they called and said they couldn't because I was over 65 years old. Should they have known I was over 65 when I made the appointment, or when the doctor met me? Since they couldn't treat me because of my age, they sent me a bill, one year later, for the doctor's visit, I called their office to tell them know why I felt I should not be responsible for that charge but I was not able to talk to the the billing person. I then left SIX long voicemail messages to the business manager over 2 months time but no one called me back. They continued to send me payment reminders and last week a final notice before they were going to send it to collections. I was planning to go to the office to discuss the matter in person but my wife and I decided to not worth making a scene, so I paid it through the phone. I was told that I would get a receipt via email but it's been 4 days with 2 phone calls, I still have not received it. Six messages and no call back! I think that person should be fired!
