From start to finish, this was an outstanding job that left me thoroughly impressed. My installer, Rusty, was an absolute pro--extremely meticulous and detail-oriented. The Vroom system itself is unbelievable in quality compared to other slide systems I've seen. Even with the challenge of working around a slide box that was 2 inches out of square, Rusty handled everything perfectly. He carefully siliconed every single rivet on the slide rails, plus the tops of the rails, and all the replacement seals were done super neatly and professionally. Rusty also took the time to thoroughly go over the operation of the new slide system and demonstrated everything so I felt completely confident using it. Craig, the owner, was fantastic too--he was very informative when we first spoke on the phone about my needs and again at checkout. They accept credit cards (with a reasonable 3.5% fee given today's bank charges) and debit cards. I've carried a debit card for 40 years and had never actually used it for a purchase before, but it worked perfectly with no extra fee. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my decision to go with Elite RV. The quality of work, attention to detail, and great customer service exceeded my expectations. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER HERE we have had ours in for warranty work several times. One of those…read moretimes they charged us $300 sent us out to our trailer (nothing had been fixed) they then realized they supposedly did those repairs to a different unit so we had to wait another week to actual have ours repaired (I'm not convinced they ever actually do what they say) we've had them look at our fridge 3 seperate times, for the same issue, 3 different charges for them to say they can't duplicate the issue. We just took it in to have our water heater fixed, but the tank was never filled so how they actually tested it to see what was wrong, or to see if it was fixed before leaving is beyond me. And the nail in the coffin our trailer sat there for a month and in that time someone damaged it, but they refuse any responsibility. I'm assuming our insurance company will wring it out of them, unless they don't actually have any insurance, and if not, then thats a giant problem for any consumer.

I paid over $1,000 to have the trailer detailed inside and out. It was a horrible detail job. In total my bill was near $5,000. Having paid that kind of money I expected the trailer to be in tip top condition, it was far from that. I am going to give them a chance to make things right. I hope they are understanding of the situation and willing to warranty their work. Until then I cannot give their service department a good review.

we called Monday desperate for help with our fifth wheel. We had gone around a curve in the…read moremountains and the RV fridge leaped out of its cabinet, strewing food everywhere. we tried to brace it back up unsuccessfully. The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.

They were able to get their title processing completed before the expiration of my temporary tag's as well! I also know some people who were able to get an extension on their temp tag when clay's titling systems were down making it much less stressful!

I bought a used 2016 Storm 28ms Fleetwood from Clay's rv in Salt Lake in August 2024. It has been a…read morenightmare. The initial title work they provided was defective and took months and many threats to get ownership issues resolved. The batteries were all bad as well as the converter which had to be replaced. The unit had been used by Clay's family and the holding tanks were full of .... The tires were 9 years old and also needed replaced. The cab was detached from the chassis which I did not discover until later when I had a chance to use it after all of the required repairs had been completed.
