After they came last fall to close down our sprinklers, in February we paid $195 for opening and closing in 2026. We made an appointment for service in April. They canceled that appointment so we made another which they also canceled with various excuses. When they didn't show up for our 3rd appointment, they stopped responding to calls and texts. We finally reached Eli Grillo and asked for a refund of the $195. He promised to drop off the money which he didn't do. We've now hired another company and I'm sure will never see our $195. I'm not sure what their issue is but strongly recommend to not hire them

He then rescheduled that date for later in the week, but had to cancel due to truck issues. He then rescheduled me for the following week, with a specific date and time, but never showed, and ghosted me on the several calls and texts I placed to him. He also never returned my $195 check which he said he would. Now, I'm out the $195 and I had to hire a different sprinkler person to turn on my system. Bad business! He may be overwhelmed with service calls but that does not excuse not communicating with someone who is waiting for him to show up, or taking money for no service provided!

I asked for an estimate to have it turned on, and they could not find any record of installing the system, but magically have an unpaid balance from 2005 in their records. I don't have access to banking records from that long ago, and I find it suspect that they can't verify that they installed my system, yet they're unable to claim an upaid balance. I'd find a company that has reliable records.

Every year my lawn was getting decimated by heat, grubs, etc. I was wasting time and money as the treatments I was putting on my lawn were not getting properly watered in. The amount of effort it took every year to get my lawn back was getting to be too much. So this year, I just had an irrigation system installed in my 1 acre yard by Mike Lynch Enterprises and I couldn't have been happier with the job that was done at my home. Mike and his team gave me a very competitive price, everything was documented in the quote. They even provided spec sheets for all of their top of the line products (pipe, fittings, heads, etc.). They arrived the day of the install bright and early and were literally in and out by a little after lunch time. What a GREAT group of guys !!! Mike clearly explained the process and the installation from start to finish leaving no stone unturned. There was hardly any clean up required at all when they left, you barely knew they were here. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an irrigation system to get in touch with Mike Lynch Enterprises, he's a good local guy, honest and straight forward and his team knows exactly what they're doing. We were on the early side which with our luck was also the day of that freak snowstorm in May. I contacted them to change delivery at the last minute, and they did with no problem. We needed more after the first delivery and called kind of in a panic, and they again were VERY accommodating. The mulch was perfect, good price, with no plastic or debris that I noticed. We had that happen with another company. After the summer hit full swing we decided to install irrigation for a new lawn. Having had such a good experience with everything else we added MLE into the quotes we were getting for irrigation. Their quote was not the most expensive by far and not the least expensive either, but it seemed like we would have better materials and more attention to detail with MLE. They came when they said they were going to, accommodated my schedule, I could not be there on the initial date. Coordinating three separate contractors to get the whole landscape done was a challenge, but I enjoyed working with Mike and Barbara to get our project done perfectly.

Finding that all in one company is nearly impossible -- but I found it with Jose and J. Gudiel Landscape. Jose came out to see my house and discuss what I wanted. I was away when they first came to work but when I got home, even in the dark, I could tell they had been at the house and did a great job weeding, trimming trees and mowing. I am very happy with the quality of their work and attention to detail. I then asked Jose to help clean up an overgrown section of the property to prepare it for a playground. But when Jose arrived to give us a quote he knew exactly what needed to be done and that's why we hired him. His team deconstructed our porch and made a beautiful patio along with two sets of steps. Gleison, one of the owners, came out the next day to take a look at the property and give a free consultation during which he was very nice, helpful and clearly passionate about his craft. His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price.
