After reporting this, and posting a negative review elsewhere, the owner called to offer a refund. After giving a refund, they requested that we remove the feedback from public view. Well this was reported to an agency that investigates the legitimacy of licensing. When they asked the company about the allegations, they denied the entire complaint and said that my wife was fully covered the whole time. The fact that they would lie, proves they understand that wrong doing was done. We were anticipating they may say the lady was not trained or made a mistake, but instead just claimed it didn't happen. Well, my wife was sexually violated and there is nothing else we can do.
