I will have to agree with the other 1 star reviews I have seen here. I've been going to April for over 2 years now and most of the time I had a good experience. But BEWARE if there is ever a problem. She will not address it and is very defensive. Quite honestly, her response to my recent inquiry was so blunt and rude, that I was a bit taken back and felt very disrespected. Especially since I have an established history with her. Once before, I had Botox that didn't take well. I saw little effect for the same treatment I had always received. In addition it did not last very long. I was out of town for a month and so it could not be addressed and she indicated to me if it ever happened again, to let her know and send a video within 2 weeks. Well it did happen again, and this time it was with Dysport. The first time receiving Dysport, I was pleased with the outcome. So the next time I went back to the office for injections, I received the same number of units of Dysport that I had previously received. 2-3 days later, there was little effect and so I waited for 2 weeks and then sent a video. Her response was "It's not an injection issue or a product issue....I am not responsible if you wanted to be more frozen." Well what I wanted was to just have the same result as I had before and that is not what happened. After consulting with another aesthetics office in my area, they indicated that some will dilute their product too much to make it go farther. I do, in fact, believe this is what is happening here, but she will not make it right. I will not be going back again. read more

I've been going to April for a couple years now, even though I moved further south I will still drive to have my injections done by her.

I have to give this a 3 star but will update after my visit this week to discuss. I bought the 20 units of Botox off Groupon. When I went in, she was very welcoming and explained the procedure as well as intended result. We agreed to do my forehead, area beside my eyes and area in between my eyebrows. She said I would need 50 units and would honor the Groupon price for the extra 30 units that were not included on the Groupon. I normally get 40 units, so I am a little cautious at this time but also anxious to see how she handles my appointment this week given my results are not what I expected with the increased amount of Botox. She said one week for it to set and then two weeks for results. The pictures attached are after two weeks of waiting. UPDATED TO 4 stars for now. She redid the entire procedure and said she would be calling her rep as it seemed this was a repeat issue with this batch of vials. I'll update again in 2 weeks with results. I purchased 20 units of Botox in my forehead about 3/4 days ago and I'm already seeing results! April was the sweetest most gentle ever (even after I accidentally tracked so much mud into her clean office sorry girl!) She got me registered for the Alle points system that my other injector never informed me about - after being injected twice previously!!! ****BUYER BEWARE***** Me and a friend purchased a Groupon. Once we got there, we were so excited that we both purchased additional Botox (at full price). I purchased enough to do my "crows feet". It's been 2 weeks since my injections, and yes I'm aware it takes time to take full effect, yet my forehead still has deep lines a bruise, and an extremely high arch on one of my eyebrows. 1 week post Botox I called and left April a voicemail because she never picks up the phone when you call. Once I got her on the phone, I asked her about the deep lines and the bruising just as a consult. I wasn't accusing her, I wasn't harsh, I was merely looking for a solution for the bruising since it hadn't gotten any lighter after one week. April reminded me that it takes at minimum for the Botox to take effect and said the bruising should be gone. 2 weeks post Botox and I still have deep lines in my forehead a bruise on my forehead and in fact, I look like Ursula from the Little Mermaid (apparently also called "Spock"). I had a Hydrafacial scheduled with her that I ended up cancelling because I simply don't trust her with my skin. What's sad is I treated myself before a trip to Disney World because I wanted to celebrate weight loss and a memorable trip that would have pictures taken to share for years to come. The friend that went with me also has bad results. She paid for Forehead, nose, and "11s". Her "11s" were gone for a couple days but now that are 100% visible again. I did some research not only on Mountain View Aesthetics but April as well, and wish I would have sooner. I have given April 3 chances, and now it's shame on me for continuing to go back. Her prices are way too cheap, so that should have been my first indication. Second, she doesn't ask you to smile, squint, etc.; instead, she just starts injecting away. Third, she is rude. My first 2 visits I was questioning the service. I didn't feel the Botox like I normally do, but I thought maybe she had a different method of distributing the Botox. Then I referred a friend and she had a HORRIBLE reaction! Her face swelled up so bad! My friend gets Botox on the regular and has never had an issue. At this point I had already purchased 40 units so I decided to go back again. Bad idea, my left eye lid drooped horribly for 2 weeks and I still had all my wrinkles! I tried to reach her but she was unavailable. I swung by and saw that she was alone and asked her to fix my face and she was pissed! She told me a client was arriving in 3 minutes and to leave and schedule an appointment later. I still have 10 units on my account but I will never go back to April. She charges $8.50 a unit for a reason; she doesn't use quality product. read more

I love April! Originally went there with a Groupon because I wanted to try Botox but didn't know where to start! I have a main problem area right in between my eyebrows and since starting Botox I have gotten SO much more confident! I'm 26 and it's really helping prevent my wrinkles from getting worse!
