If only zero stars was an option... the whole thing felt rushed from the time we walked in for a couples massage. They disregarded NO TOUCH zones, argued with each other a few times during the session, dropping things, walking in and out of the room many times, the music had loud ads that interrupted every ten minutes, tried to sell us additions mid session, trying to pressure us into it by repeating "$10" 15 times... and their overall techniques of massage were mediocre. To rub salt in the wound, they handed me back my receipt because I "forgot" to put a tip which put me in an uncomfortable position so I just handed them a $20 bill, they then proceeded to just stare at me and not say anything like they were expecting me to give them more. I just grabbed my stuff and started walking out the door and they called out "uh, the tip? Ten and ten?" So I replied "yea." And got the hell out of there. LADIES BEWARE! We were in town for the weekend and my husband booked a message for me and my friend. Upon calling and when we arrived we told them we wanted a hot stone massage. My friend and I were put in the same room (like used for couples massages). We found it odd but honestly after the very uncomfortable experience I was thankful to be in the same room. I had a lady as my masseuse- She began my massage and after about 5 minutes she said to lift my head and look at her phone screen to pick my massage- i said hot stone again. She said what oil, and points to a scrub. I said sure... MISTAKE!!! She immediately starts to tug at my underwear to take them off and I grabbed on to my panties to pull them back up- at this point basically having a tug a war over my underwear. I said NO, I'd like to keep those on. She said for the scrub- at this point I should of said I didn't want the scrub- but this woman lifted the blanket off me and pulled my underwear off!!!! From that moment on the whole experience was awful. I kept trying to cover my butt and she kept pulling the blanket back off me. Then it came time to rinse this scrub off- (which was very painful- basically having sandpaper scrubbed on me) i was sent to to a back room with a washer and dryer and a little creepy shower.. to rinse off. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in my life. Something is very off about this place. Both masseuses kept leaving the room and keeping our door wide open. My friend was also very uncomfortable with her male masseuse as well. read more

We made last minute appointments since we were from out of town and had some spare time. The massage was ok not the best but not the worst I've had. The person kept leaving the room and others would come in to talk the her. She also would answer the phone and the scold the person making an appointment that the did not give her enough time. Zero stars. My massage was with Kelly and this was truly the worst massage I've ever had. She kept coming in and out of the room the entire time and that made for a very uncomfortable experience. I paid for 90 minutes and got maybe 45 because of this. If that wasn't enough, most of the massage was done through the sheet and she was not thorough at all. She barely massaged my legs and overall seemed distracted and annoyed. I tried to just go with that part but then the hot stones and foot scrub experiences were both extremely painful! When it was time to pay and leave it was awkward because both of the staff members were busy visiting with each other. I felt completely ignored with the exception of Kelly looking to see if I left a tip. There was no thank you, how was your massage, have a nice day or any communication with the final interaction. It was unsettling because they treated me like cattle but I seemed to be the only customer there. I left a tip because I've never not left one but wish I hadn't. I will not return. The customer service was poor and the overall experience was not therapeutic or enjoyable by any means. I left with more tension and pain than I had when I arrived. I really hate to leave a bad review but maybe this will help this business to reevaluate how they do things and treat future customers with more attention and care. read more

We had to find this place online, but Oh what a find! I have had numerous massages over the years, from simple neck massages to deep tissue (my #1 request), and I have NEVER had a better massage! My husband and I were in Galveston for the weekend. I planned a massage for us as a surprise for him. I had a wonderful relaxing Swedish/hot stones massage and she worked extra long on my back. My husband had an orthopedic massage with Frank- he hasn't stopped talking about how good his muscles feel. There was a little confusion with the reservation time but 30 minutes wait was fine. The price is great especially when compared to the hotel spa prices. I prefer to support the local small business.
