I am so happy that I joined American Family instead. I like group fitness classes because I am too lazy to push myself on my own. I need to know that I have to stay for an entire hour and have someone there to motivate and push me. American Family's class schedule is amazing. You simply can't use the excuse that the class you want isn't offered enough or isn't at a convenient time. Their classes run all morning/afternoon/evening. Their equipment is well-maintained. I love that every fourth Saturday, they do a Parents' Night Out from 6-11 p.m. You can drop off your child and they feed them dinner, engage them in activities and show a movie at the end of the night. I am so impressed by their kids' area. While I'm exercising, my child is doing yoga, or playing on scooters, or swimming in the pool (with supervision). I am so glad I joined this gym.

Ginger should be taking that place over as the head manager, I bet that place would be the best gym in the state. the way she treats everyone and is always on top of everything like the head manager should be. everyone else there is as mean and two-faced and rude as can be my had an accident in the pool and we had just become members that week after that we were never treated the same again by anyone except Ginger if you have children don't go here because they will ostracize you and make you want to leave every single time you bring your children there if you don't drop them off in the kids zone. Maybe American family should read their reviews here and their memberships would go up if they listen to their our membership was canceled after 27 days because my wife was texting me while our two toddlers were in the pool with our and they said that we were not watching our children, even though we were both sitting on the edge of the pool with our feet in the water while 15 year-old was in the one and a half foot side playing with our kids. They have three nice staff members out of maybe 20 that's it. The elderly man at the front desk is as nice as can be and the young blonde haired was very nice & helpful as well. all the other kids,especially the curly haired guy with freckles are rude inconsiderate & snotty, because they are aware my family and I live in our 2 cars. Now with the Coronavirus shutdown, Linda and her team have gone above and beyond what we could have ever expected. The online Zoom workouts literally saved my sanity. I had been to the location a couple of years before and was happy with it. The problem started at the beginning when the instructor gave a passionate plea to speak up about all the awful stuff going on in the country. I ignored it. To be fair I was happy with the class tempo, music, and degree of difficulty. The class ended with a repeat of political activism and shaming if you might not hold those same opinions. I quietly left class but the instructor was at the desk as I put on my coat. I quietly told her I know she noticed I left early, and that I was used to yogis that left us uplifted with quotes from poets, philosophers , or other yogis. That I felt she was giving a political lecture. She vehemently said " Yoga is political". But i feel it is spiritual not political, or at least should be. I was a drop in so maybe the members like this but if you plan on going to this location just be for warned. Not only is her review very misleading (because I was there at said class) but she wasn't honest about her behavior (which was embarrassing for her). Every class begins and ends with motivational quotes. Take what resonates and leave what doesn't. Just because something isn't relevant to her life (how lucky) doesn't mean it isn't for someone else. She did not leave quietly, I got to hear her huff & puff and leave class early. I thought that was the end of it but she waited out in the lobby to confront the instructor & raised her voice enough about her Asian American family that came here "the right way" (crazy to assume someone else didn't) that she had to be asked to leave. Now I attend Bruna's class almost every week & always leave feeling empowered & strong. She is an amazing instructor & knows her stuff & I see it every class with how many members love her & look forward to her class.
