I have been struggling with stomach issues my whole life and have had countless doctors recommend I try the FODMAP diet. Julia is really a great trainer. I have been training with the best trainers in the bay area for years, i am an athlete and i cycle, lift weights and swim. Julia is really gifted and balanced. I am 50 years old and feel that sometimes trainers over train people and cause overuse injuries. I've known Julia for a long time now and have reviewed here before. I periodically seek her advice and commit to her programs to get me back on track on my active lifestyle and events that I race in.
