Scheduled an appointment with Frank, a muscle massage therapist and he was amazing! I've never gotten a muscle massage before, but it is definitely worth it for athletes. He is very knowledgeable about all muscles and many injuries and how to help them get better. I also got cupping done and by the end of the massage I felt very relaxed and calm.
