I'm disappointed with how this business handled my experience. During my last massage, I specifically asked the therapist to spend extra time working on my shoulders, but I didn't feel that request was followed. I ended up leaving with a sore spot on my upper right shoulder, so I called the business to let them know. I was not asking for a refund. I simply wanted my concerns to be acknowledged and hoped they would make things right in some way. They offered me a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I accepted. Later, they canceled that appointment and refunded me instead. When I tried to schedule another massage, I was told they no longer felt they were the right fit to provide services. I called to better understand why, and after speaking with them, they essentially said they didn't want to risk making me unhappy again. I found this very disappointing because I was never rude or disrespectful to anyone. Throughout every interaction, I remained kind and respectful. Instead of using my feedback as an opportunity to coach their staff on listening to clients' requested areas of focus, they chose to stop servicing me altogether. Constructive feedback should be welcomed, especially when it's given respectfully. Went here for a maternity massage. Booking was really easy, you can make an appointment online. The place is very clean, calming, and smells amazing. The scents really help you relax as soon as you walk in. The massage itself was okay. I asked for medium pressure because my traps are really tight, but l think they kept it on the softer side since I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I was greeted by CC and decided to do the 60 min massage for $60. The pricing is extremely reasonable and they offer FREE Hot Stones! Immediately, I could tell they take pride in cleanliness. The bed is covered with a disposable covering which I liked and the sheets looked clean. This massage experience was the best I've ever had! I explained what areas to focus on and CC definitely understood the assignment. I was so close to adding an additional 30 minutes but, I didn't want to inconvenience anyone. The room is definitely a vibe with a cute light to set the mood. They also use Cetaphil lotion which I really liked. The Hot Stones are always my favorite part and I was sad it ended.
