This is my go to urgent care, I made an appt, they were able to see me a few hours later. Andrew was so kind and prepared my arm and foot for PA Dewanshi Patel. They worked in perfect harmony. X-ray, performed by Sue determined a foot fracture and ligament sprain. The skin tears on my arm were cleaned and steri-strips applied. What surprised me the most was Dewanshi's creation of a custom posterior leg splint with sugar tong using ortho glass. The walking boot was so painful I could not walk. This McGiver splinter was beyond perfect. It required both Andrew and Dewanshi to apply. I was able to stand, utilized a cane and able to hobble out. The care I received was incredible, they made sure I was safe and confident with the cane. I will have no hesitation returning to this facility and have already referred family and friends.

I've been to other RGH affiliated urgent care centers and they did not seem that clean, the Dr's or PA's weren't that knowledgeable. The Dr, that came to see me, took his time to fully understand what was going on with me and prescribed me a treatment that would have been very similar to one of the specialists I see. His bed side manor was helpful, funny and he put me at ease. Over all I was fully impressed with the treatment. If I was to break down the stars would be 3 for the front desk staff, and 5 for the medical staff once you get taken back. I waited maybe 5 minutes before being greeted by Kirsten, the super sweet nurse who took my info and did my blood draws. She was friendly enough to answer a few questions and have a conversation with to ignore the discomfort of needles and taking blood. By the time I left at around 9:30-9:40 there was probably 3-4 people waiting after me. Really easy, quick process, especially for my first time there.

I needed a 5 minute med check with my primary care and after I drove 45 minutes on the one day I was available they refused to see me at the time I scheduled despite the front office attendant admitting they moved my appointment to make room for another person. When I asked why I was not contacted and if I could get my medication filled still I was refused and told I needed to wait several hours for a possible opening. After years of multiple scheduling and insurance errors by staff I will be finding any other doctor.
