I've visited twice, both times I was impressed with the cleanliness and attentive care. On 04/09/24 I did not have to wait any longer than what it took to gather my info. My injuries were cleaned, stitched and dressed in a timely manner and I felt more confident than in an ER visit. The staff was compassionate, careful and knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment prior to showing up and got right in. Staff was friendly and Dr. G was helpful and informative.

When it comes to the treatment of patients, the staff here actually do well. I have brought my children in here in the past and also have come in. The lobby is clean and the online check-in process is fairly easy. They would get high marks for this. The issue is the timing. The name has now and urgent in it. I set my "appointment" around 10:30 this morning for 2:03pm, the earliest option provided to me. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told they really shouldn't call it an appointment as it is more to hold a spot in line. I was told it will be about 1 hour and 40 minutes approximately before I can get in. That was at 1pm. It is 2:57pm now, and I am waiting still. I have no doubt I will be treated well per usual. My expectation for an appointment is to set it and within a reasonable time from that appointment time, I will be seen. 2 hours after is a disappointment. You're better off coming in and waiting as far as I've seen because either way, you wait. But don't take that out on the staff as they are nice. This is a business policy, not likely an employee policy. read more

went in with my ear throbbing in pain for AN HOUR before i got to go back to have them say "yup, you got an ear infection" and sent me to go get eardrops from the pharmacy. the bad part? they told me my insurance covered it, so i didnt owe them anything. yet for some reason i owe them $230 now. so now i cant pay my rent this coming month. fuck you, WellNow. read more

I will start with the female staff that assisted and attended me were by far fantastic. How ever the worst Dr experience I have ever had in my life was with MD Patel Rameshbhai, Now going back my primary is off for the week and on 3/26 I had pushed and moved something against my chest later that day there was swelling in my peck and I figured I pulled a muscle, now 4/6 I decide that the pain was still there when I moved certain ways and especially cough and or touch the area, that being said I went to well now to see about an xray of my ribs and try to get some Tylenol 3's to take the edge off the pain because I had obvious broke or bruised a rib, this was explained to the girl that checked me in and others attending, MD Patel finialy comes in and says I need and EKg and xray , I said why EKG and he said because chest pain, Which I felt was wierd being in the medical field myself and the type of pain, the way the pain was and the swelling , plus factoring my age and health history but they do it and the girl was fantastic but the EKG unit was not, the unit had issues with the lead clips on the electrodes, they kept falling off ect, now I have been around Ekgs ect for 13 years and even self taught further into reading and interpretation, and the unit had an issue printing but after open closing and going through it she got it to alleast upload time passed and I got my xray which both women were great, back to the room and another 20 min pass and here comes MD Patel telling me he's calling Tri EMS and that I am having An anterolateral infarct.. IE a type of heart attack wich I ask him foe the EKG wich the unit says that but looking at the print out it has numerous artifacts wich is interference such as electronics near by , bad lead connections , patient moving, so that being said anyone who has been educated could look at that and Interpret that the EKG was a poor read and not a medical bearing read, I told him of the issues but he kept pushing so I asked where and what lead shows this and he was unable to identify the abnormalities, he generaicley pointed to the sapce in the reads which is funny because it's the space between each lead to separate them. It's obvious this MD is not able to operate at capacity of his licensure. And the more I have learned he has done this many times to patients due to his lack of understanding of EKGs so this MA jas seny patients with no issues in ambulance and hospital for false reads many times and if not for.my background I would be scared and follow his direction, so we have a man that is licensed but dosent know his material adding to patients bills and yet they still employ him and I reach out 30 minutes after signing my self out and receiving 2 more EKGs showing absolutely no abnormalities and asked for a manager and she stated her manager would contact me which as of now has not happend, it seems that a Dr who issues meds and other medical treatments whom is poor at his judgment and knowledge is not an important matter so be immediately contacted. So the higher management and this MD I highly do not recommend, I wouldent be suprised if he told a patient that the had cancer because they stubbed their toe and had toe pain. And to anyone reading you are your own advocate!!! You have a right to a second opinion of your choice and you are in controll of your body even when MD Patel dosent want to listen to what you have going on. read more

After over a two hour wait to see a doctor, he tried to prescribe cough medicine for my son and that wasn't the reason we were even in there. When I asked him for a different type of medication in pill form because my son doesn't do well with liquid he said there is no medication like that. And then when I also told him we're not here for my son for coughing he looked at my son and said oh you're not coughing? This place is a joke. read more
