All questions were answered, the medical record is sent via email right away and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy quickly as well. On both occasions the nurse practitioners were clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well as pleasant and compassionate. This is the second review I've written in a few years showing that my experience has been consistent and positive.

Was very happy with service there, and pretty much resolved to use Urgent Care as my go-to health clinic. In recent years, they've had no vaccines available, and this last time, while not rude, the receptionist was what I'd call "not helpful" when I inquired about vaccines and asked to be seen for a specific health problem (IBS).

The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I guess I'm just gonna pay the bill again, but I'm definitely certifying it and getting a return receipt of its delivery.

I'd thankfully had the flu vaccine, but still got very sick in the last 24 hours and decided to go to urgent care today. As there's no longer a one in my town, I drive to Berlin. This center opens an hour earlier than the UVM one, which was great because I didn't want to sit around in my car after being up all night waiting to be seen. You fill out the paperwork and scan your IDs via your phone (text message) when you arrive. Then they text you to come in. I was see swiftly by a very friendly patient assistant, who took my vitals and had me take a flu and strep test, based on my symptoms (I'd had a neg Covid at home). Then the doctor came in. He was so nice!! A very sweet gentleman who asked me some questions, checked me out before the results came back as influenza strain B. I'm glad I went. They do have a virtual option, but I was sure I had strep or the flu and wanted to be sure. Will be a long weekend at home, resting. They also do tests for work and school with reasonable fees if you didn't have insurance. My insurance thankfully paid for the visit. Really nice facility. I'd come here again.
