Four o'clock appt for what might be a tick bite. All was quiet. Waiting room empty. Still, I waited 25 minutes to be put in a freezing cold examination room (a/c was cranking). I was left there. After 35 more minutes, I had to leave. They said, "sorry, we had a couple of emergencies come in" but the place was dead quiet and the staff were calm and relaxed. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and got the care I needed after a fall. Two issues to mention: if you go there and think you may want an X-ray, find out UP FRONT whether it's available. The day I was there, the X-ray tech had called out, but the receptionist did not tell me that. I didn't find out until later when I was seen by the provider. I was given the choice to go to Latham for the X-ray or come back the next day. Then the next day it turned out the tech goes between several sites, so I had to wait for her to get there. Other issue: they should have stools in all the treatment rooms, as the cot they examine people on is a little high for short people. I have hip issues (not a reason for this visit) and my physical therapist would kill me if she knew I had not used a stool. I asked the nurse and she just replied that it must be in a different room. I should have asked for them to go get it, but I was in pain and just wanted to get seen and taken care of. But more importantly, I should not have had to ask. It should be provided. It would be ironic if I messed my hip up while trying to get treatment for a shoulder injury. read more

My fiancé and I will not be ever using this service again. The initial exam my fiancé had was ok but was given a voucher for an Xray as the tech left for the day. We tried to return for said Xray and we were told the tech was not in and that they hold a different schedule each day. When we pushed back saying we were told they would be here the nurse then stated "well that's on you." Which is a charged statement to say to anyone especially a patient and disrespectful. We were then told to go to another location where she "emailed" to see if the tech was actually there and were told that they were so we left. Only when we arrived and were in the waiting room to be told by another patient who came in after us sent from THE SAME LOCATION with the same experience as us that the tech wasn't even here!!!! And when she did arrive heard her immediately complain about being rushed out here to "deal" with people. DO BETTER!!!!! read more

The office experience was absolutely unprofessional, I could hear the staff talking about myself and other patients. The care quality was even worse, I told them multiple times what I was experiencing and it went in one ear and out the other. Tested for things I didn't have symptoms for making me pay more and wasting more of my time. Will never return to this establishment. read more

Sunday of Labor Day weekend...in for a suspected UTI. Waited 3+ hours before leaving a urine sample. Fast forward to the end of December. In the mail is the statement for payment of the co-pay. Glancing at the services rendered I spotted false information. People....check your statements. This provider charged my insurance for a COVID test and a two-day turn around. No way, No how, did I or will I ever have a stinking COVID test. The fraud has been forwarded in the correct departments within my insurance company. FYI, I still have yet to hear back from WellNow in regards to this. I had sent an email through the proper channnels with no response. read more

Literally the worst, came here thinking it's a true urgent care and because I was experiencing Covid like symptoms, i was denied since they only test asymptomatic patients. Odd, but ok. So I went across the street to CVS took a rapid test in the car and the results were negative. I then returned to this urgent care again to be seen by a provider and I was denied again and was told that there are no providers at this location at this time. So i asked then why are you even open, she proceeded to say they are ONLY a Covid asymptomatic testing center but this info is not listed anywhere online or at the facility. Waste of time. After going in for a PCR test they sent a link to the results to my wife's phone. They claimed I had given them my wife's phone number even though they had been sending appointment confirmation texts to my own phone number. I thought that the results sent to my wife's phone were mine so I celebrated by having a maskless conversation with an 88 year old woman with asthma. My bad for not checking the date on the results right away but it turned out that they were results from a test I had taken a year ago. This place is a mess! read more

As a nurse I am deeply disappointed with this facility. My husband's first experience was a complete disaster. The staff wasn't trained to provide the service he came in for. After multiple failed attempts they were finally able to help him. Our second visit wasn't any better. We were turned away at the door. The staff advised they were at capacity. I find this hard to believe given it was 5pm, they close at 8pm and the parking lot wasn't full. Even if they were full, they could have asked us to wait outside until they had a room available. When we asked where else we could go the staff shrugged and said "we're all full". What kind of nonsense is that?!? As a nurse I am appalled that not only are patients in need turned away but that the staff is so unapologetic about it. I'm well aware of our current health crisis but limiting care and quality of care isn't going to benefit anyone. I thought a St Peters facility would do better. read more
