He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. I don't believe you take your job seriously at all because if that was the case, you would've told us the truth when we did the walk-through with you. Again, I warn any potential buyers - be wary if you realtor recommends a home inspector. Run!

We were in this house less than 2 years and we had to spend $20,000 for a new roof because it was in such bad shape and could not be repaired (was told to us by a couple of roofers it could not be repaired).
