I said yes I went down a little bit later and I said what died here.. did you find a dead animal?? Quality of the job was not good after they got done and put the vacuum away. I had to ask something vacuum other parts that they missed they weren't happy.. they didn't even say goodbye when they left so I didn't even know that they left. I called the company and said I didn't get a receipt.. pricing of the job was reasonable. Peter Gordon the manager called me and sent me for free $20 filters to make up for the four poor performance of the crew.. I told them they didn't need to send me anything. The only reason I called was for a receipt.. but I did accept. I would use them again if it was a different crew.. I am happy with the work that was completed. If they did the job properly, it would've been four or five stars instead of just three.

(Then made a phone call to his boss, who called us lots of names while the kid's volume was all the way up. My husband had a few choice words, then he was summarily removed from the premesis.) IAP were very professional from start to finish. We found them at the Buffalo Home Show initially, and were able to make an appointment very quickly with a quote over the phone. The guys who came out were quick and efficient. They have a completely enclosed vacuuming system, so no gross stuff gets away. When they are done, they show you the filters they used and all your bagged vent bunnies. Our system was resealed, and we have had no problems since. It has been 3 years, so we are due to get our system cleaned again, and as an added reminder, IAP was at my school last week cleaning the vents before the kids start. The guys there were very friendly and spent 2 days making sure the entire system was good. Can't wait to work with them again.

The only reason we moved forward with the purchase was because of the things that us when we did the walk-through with you. You did state you were unable to get on the roof and did not climb up there, but completely state that in your opinion, the roof will last another 10 years. I don't believe you take your job seriously at all because if that was the case, you would've told us the truth when we did the walk-through with you. Again, I warn any potential buyers - be wary if you realtor recommends a home inspector. Run!

He told me verbally that he did not climb up on the roof but in his opinion it should last at least another 10 years. We were in this house less than 2 years and we had to spend $20,000 for a new roof because it was in such bad shape and could not be repaired (was told to us by a couple of roofers it could not be repaired). Be wary when your realtor - who is tired of working with you and wants you to purchase something so she can get the commission, be done with you and move on to the next client - refers you to a home inspector.
