I called immediately and the company that would have received the payment said they did not received the payment. The bank said it was already processed and there was nothing they could do. I called the company three times and they said their process is I would have to wait for the payment, then there is a 14-21 day hold, then they would send a check. This could be close to a month of me not having access to "my" money all over a simple mistake. My job pays once a month and I would not receive payment from this mistake for almost a month as well as from my job. The most my bank seemed to be able to offer me is a loan. They said there was no stopping a payment that processed that day and even though the other compay said they did not get the payment yet. I am without thousands of dollars for quite a while over a simple mistake.

The girl on line told me if no one knows how to answer my question, just go on line to bill pay and set it up for which bank I wanted my payment taken out of. It got the payment issue solved, which is good for them. It did not get my question about removing my husbands name and putting the account and vehicle in my name. So I guess I can say that I am not at all impressed with the service, and it's basically a DIY bank. Until I get the problem solved I will leave it as is, but once it is paid off I will not use the establishment again, and will not open any new service with them.
