if I could give ZERO star I would. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. I explain to the older Spanish lady that I lost my debit card and even though I have claim lost and replacement. I needed her to help me how to put it in my Apple pay while I'm waiting for my debit to arrive home. she was in a rush to get rid of me so she could take the next customer behide me. Her attitude is rude and her tones isnt nice. I would never ever come back to this location. On top of that. There was a younger Spanish lady came over and without listening to the whole issues. she also told me that I could do it myself. Not professional & very rude. i would cancel this bank and look for another bank with good services. Horrible location to go if he needed any help. stay away from this location!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service! They are not personable by any means. Had an appointment to open a new account and they told us they cancelled and reschedule without emailing us or calling. Showed up and James Crandall the Personal Banker was cocky and rude. He just came back from lunch and had food all over his shirt and said he cancelled the appointment when he called the day before to confirm and told him yes would be at scheduled appointment. James is unprofessional and was very rude so walked out and will not open an account at Wells Fargo or do business with them. read more

Very little sense of urgency. Avoid it if you can. One teller and a line full of clients, with employees literally hanging out in the back chatting. A customer was withdrawing a large amount of cash and I waited on line for 23 mins. Unacceptable. read more

NO STARS are appropriate. I live in Tallahassee have never lived in Lake Brandon. A thief and impersonator went in to this branch and an employee of this branch accepted an out-of-state $3225.0 check made out to me gave the wrong address I reviewed the signature online and it does not resemble my signature at all. I have my license my passport my social card nothing has been stolen from me. I have never banked in Tampa To make matters worse, they allowed this person to deposit this check in child's account who has a completely different name than I do. The cleared this out of state $3,225 check when my daughter did not even have 3,225 in her account. they put no hold on an out-of-state check and to make matters worse they gave this thief $1,425 in cash and now she has no money at all. When I called I was told by magement that they do this for their customers as a courtesy . that wsa their excuse. They take out of state checks with the wrong address and an obvious forged signature to help customers. Yet here we are a week later and we have not received one penny back . read more

Well, there's not much good about this place. I'll start with my drive up. There is no direct access from any main road, so they force us to be rats in a maze. No big deal. Parking was tight. So tight, I decided to park in the adjacent parking lot and walk. Also, no big deal. There are lots of obstacles to avoid as you are backing out, so be careful if you do decide to park next to the building. Walking in, it was bright and clean, and only one person in line with to tellers. I thought, great! No wait, but I was wrong. This location is very slow. When it was finally my turn, I had a couple of US savings bonds to redeem. First, the teller enters the wrong amount for the bond (in their favor). I didn't know until he was dispensing my cash. I'm no stock broker, but I am pretty sure that's a big deal. Even the manager was nonchalant about the whole ordeal. Also, the bond amount was grossly miscalculated (also in their favor). Luckily, I did my research before I walked in. And, after rechecking with the Department of Treasury, I can assure you this Wells Fargo location was trying to pull a fast one. Additionally, they tried to get me to sign up for a checking account. This comes with some pretty steep checking fees unless you follow their strict guidelines, which have multiple avenues for delinquency, to which they (you guessed it) charge you more fees. After asking a lot of questions, and reading some fine print, I decided to go against a checking or savings account with this institution. After my experience today, I will definitely never be back to this location, and it has probably ruined the Wells Fargo name as far as I am concerned. read more

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since High school and I must say they always go above and beyond with customer service! This location can get fairly busy but they always manage to see customers in a timely manner. The bank is alwasy clean but parking can be a mess if its busy. I plan to bank here for years to come :) Why mess with a good thing? read more

Never had an issues coming to this bank. We have used the drive thru services, inside tellers, and the bankers. They do free notarization, if you have a Wellsfargo account. Plus they did not judge when we brought all our change in to deposit into the account. They are usually busy inside for other services that are not at the tellers. But they are efficient and waiting is not that bad. The drive thru ATM is nice, I feel safe using this ATM. The problem I have is that early in the morning I am unable to deposit checks and sometimes money at the drive up one. But I can do it at the one in the front. read more

I do my banking at Wells Fargo. Thanks to direct deposit and online banking, I do not need to visit the branch often. The few times i have gone inside i have had to wait quite a while especially to speak with someone about opening an acct or applying for a loan. I find this aggravating especially when you are trying to get other errands done. I dont think going to the bank should be a long drawn out process. On the other hand, This location is convenient and close to home and local mall and other shopping centers. They have a drive thru ATM and one at the front of the building which is what I usually use. Depending on when you go there is sometimes a line up at the drive thru ATM and in that case i usually just pull up to the other and get out of my car. read more

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I made a deposit on 7/1 for $650.00 drawn on a local Bank of America Account, and they placed a 10 day hold on the check WITHOUT even notifying me! I could have easily taken this check to BANK OF AMERICA and cashed it myself and deposited the cash, but WELLS FARGO decided NOT to inform me, and now my funds are tied up. Oh, did I mention this was a PAYROLL CHECK? By the time they release my funds, it will be payday again for me. They said there was nothing they could do to remove the hold. Let me just say in the age of ELECTRONIC BANKING, NOTHING take 10 days to clear, unless perhaps drawn on an oversas bank! WTF Wells Fargo! YOU Suck! read more

Wells Fargo has much better customer services in comparison with Chase Bank. I called to inquire about open a minor account for my daughter and the customer service rep. who answer the phone from this branch was very patient and explained all of the required documents to open an account and answer all of the questions I had. I have known Wells Fargo has good customer services because I already have two personal accounts with them. This is another validation for me. Sorry Chase, you have lost your business. I give Wells Fargo a five stars for good customer services. read more
