Lemme just start by saying that Wells Fargo kicks ass on Bank of America. Seriously shits on all the other banks in town. They actually have tellers at the windows. More then two!! (Shocker right?) they are fast and they are polite. The line could be out the door but they keep it movin pretty fast. Anyways, went in today for something. And was helped immediately!! Which I loved. I remember last time when I came for the same reason I was helped almost immediately as well. Was helped by Bianca. This location is the most annoying one to go to. Every time I go to the drive through ATM, 80% of the time it's out of service. The reason I go through the drive up ATM is so that way I don't get off. What the point of having those if we still have to get off. read more

This place is horrible. Over an hour wait just for a simple transaction. Once your in the building only 2 tellers are open while the remaining just walking around doing random things. This branch should really improve their customers wait specially on busy days!! SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS!!! read more

This branch location will be the reason I leave Wells Fargo entirely. Forget going inside because the line is generally out the door. Want to use the ATM? That's a crapshoot too because 90% of the time they aren't working, not taking deposits and/or not doing withdrawals. If there IS a working ATM, you can expect a 10 minute wait to use it. read more

I normally don't deposit anything here because is always never ending and slow as snot. But a couple of weeks ago, my hubby and I went to this branch to switch my accounts around and the lady at one of the desks was very nice and understood my request and made changes to my account. She overheard my conversation with my husband about deposing the money I was carrying to another WFB branch or deposit the cash another day and helped me deposit the funds without waiting forever. I personally don't have much experience with the tellers at this location because I don't want to wait an hour just to make my deposit. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because of the experience I had changing my account with one of the representatives (not the teller). read more

I've been to this bank several times. So far the tellers are extremely nice and I don't speak Spanish. The hours are great. What other bank opens till 4pm on Saturdays. The only downside is the parking and the line is too long. To beat the line, you have to get there early once they open. I hope they fix the parking situation. read more

Since when do banks not take cash? I went into this branch to deposit money into an account apparently you can only deposit cash into a business account and you have to show your ID this is completely ridiculous. To make matters worse the teller tells me it's a bank policy and that it's not a federal law yet so in other words it's just bad customer service. So much for Wells Fargo "recommitting" that's what their advertisement campaign has been pushing. Oh and by the way it was only $60 I was depositing and I also have an account with Wellsfargo. Because you know I'm really trying to money launder by putting $60 into an account the teller also tells me that money laundering is a big problem that's why they do this I was like it's bad customer service and it just makes a 1 minute transaction into a 5 minute ordeal. I truly dislike this bank branch every time I go in their is a problem, the lines are always long and the service reps are rude unless you speak Spanish, then they take forever if you want hundred dollar bill for a birthday gift and when you tell them, they oh we'll you can go some where else, the only reason I have the bank is because they are thrust out the United States! :( read more

Wells Fargo.... I have a "savings account" which has no cards or checks issued, yet somehow two fraudulent checks have been issued from said account, I reported the first and even got claims numbers and yet no funds have been returned, after three weeks I call customer service to investigate, I end up spending over an hour on the phone and being transferred to 4 different CSR that did nothing but speak over me and not help me, only to find another fraudulent check taking funds from my account this morning. Also not one of the total 6 different CSR including two "fraud specialist" I spoke with are able to answer my questions of how that happened and when I will have my funds returned. I think at this point it's best to close all my accounts with Wells Fargo Center, being that in the short 6 months I've been a member of this bank I've had a total of 8 different occasions of funds being fraudulently taken from my accounts..... I feel like Wells Fargo Advisors are a bunch of thieves, what else should I think when I'm getting the run around and no answers. read more

Horrible service. Hours say 9 but bankers don't get there until 9:30 or later. Not a friendly environment. Bankers walk around with their nose in the air as if they are better than you. read more
