Then I went to Wells Fargo, same attitude (and Yelp rating I add) and story. So I go to my trusty Yelp page and look at rating and customer service and believe it or not, it's US Bank in my market!!! I can do most of my banking without ever entering the bank and when I need something, a quick phone call or email to one of a small number of first-name-basis individuals gets it taken care of. But even better, when my personal account was recently hacked (by an outside party who was arrested within 24 hours) they really stepped it up, immediately blocking outside access, dealing with over 20 false debits, getting every one of them reversed within days and opening a new account for me.
